Speaking from personal experience, it is what it is. IMHO if she's THAT hung up on whether or not you've got a full head of hair, she's probably a shallow narcissistic beatch and not worth your time.
You'll know within a half hour if she's into you.
I've been going bald for many years and I never gave it much thought until I had gotten a haircut and a girl I had a thing for told me it looked good.
But I'd definitely recommend the buzz cut. Number 2 or less.

Present trends have brought us to a point in time where partially balding men with cue ball heads or distinctly receding hairlines are looked at with less respect that men who are just plain out shaved off.
I've got a pretty good head of hair still but I see signs of thinness and if I ever start seeing my scalp peeking out from beneath a full mound of hair, I'm trimming way down.

We need to reinforce to ourselves from time to time because we sometimes tend to forget, which is WOMEN DON'T GIVE A F*CK ABOUT LOOKS(yeah they say they do, but they prove otherwise, as is typical with them), which is why the hottest women are usually always seen with the ugliest and slobbiest looking dudes. That is a fact. Have good game and most of the time you'll be f*ckin' her.
