It's a little hard to make out your english, but I think I understand. You want to know how to talk to this girl about sex because you want to get her in bed.
It sounds to me like neither of you is really ready to hit the sack. If you met this girl at a party and were really drunk and horny it would be an easy progression, but it sounds more like you are dating and don't know each other well enough to talk about sex. If you are dating you need to keep going on more dates so she feels more comfortable around you. Make each one a little more personal, if you want her to be comfortable with having sex. Try watching a movie at your house. If that's not working, try going out to some parties, get crzy drnk and see what happends.
If this girl is a virgin, and still apprehensive about sex, you're going to have to take your time a little.
