It's known that I'm type II diabetic and that I'm on Byetta shots to help control it. I also have very high triglycerides (582) last week when I went to see the ol' Doctor for my 3 month checkup. I also take Vytorin and Lysonipril for cholesterol and high blood pressure.

I'm also a bit fat in the ass.

So I've made the commitment to myself, for myself, to eat the best that I can and go to the gym religiously.

What's interesting is that I have never been a fish guy. Hated it. I like crab and lobster but as an everyday it's unrealistic. Talking with my Doctor though he's convinced me that fresh fish is one of the absolute best foods for a man to eat. Very high in protein, low in fat and loaded with Omega 3's and other vitals to the male species.

Here's where it gets really tasty :p

I've been eating fresh tilapia filets for 16 days along with a myriad of vegetables and I've become a sex maniac. Seriously, my libido is in hyperdrive. My erections are much stronger and long lasting, my recovery is that of a 16 year old swedish swimmer and best of all I haven't had any aches and pains for almost a week. I swear Mrs. K is all but locking me in a dog cage to keep me from pawing at her.

Who knew that the fvcking Kodiak bears were right all along!

But don't go down the 'fat is bad for you' path. Saturated fat will bost your test levels.

Post up a diet & workout journal in here and watch the lbs melt off.

I can guarantee you that you're tri. count will go way way down when you take those spare pounds off.
