"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

A New Type Of Creatine What Oo You Think?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

In hell. I'm Satan's lover.
It's not a new creatine. It's a formula containing a non-essential aa that's supposed to impact bodybuilding the same way creatine has. Apparently there are a lot of studies on it. It seems like it could be beneficial but I'll stick to whey, creatine and rippetoe! Plus creatine has a lot of obscure benefits aside from more muscle strength. :)

Sometimes you post good stuff blink. Then sometimes I TRULY have to wonder where the fvck you get your information from.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Pills(not softgels) are hard on your body to break down
MOST pills break down in a glass of warm water (if they don't, they're a sh!tty pill). if plain water can do it, no way your body would have problems. I don't buy that at all.

http://www.galttech.com/research/health/vicodin.php

"Also, this drug is hard on your liver so you will want to avoid this pain kille if you have liver issues."
Wow, what a completely unrelated reference. We're talking about a supplement--not even a drug--and you bring up a hard, prescription-only painkiller. It's not the fact that it's a pill that makes it a problem, it's what's in the pill.

Do you think that if you put sugar in pill form and take them, your liver will suddenly explode? Hey, it's in pill form, it's hard for your body to break down and it'll hurt your liver!

Wait...you're comparing taking this supplement to taking vicodin? Vicodin is hard on your liver because of the way it's metabolised, not because it's in a pill. Jesus. You need to read a book on biology.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

This is where fruits come in.
fruits play a major part in a balanced diet but not just them: you need veggies, animal proteins and fats, essential oils, nuts/seeds..

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

You've taken a huge leap from taking pills, to taking vicodin, to taking multivitamins. You cannot compare taking vicodin to taking a multivitamin.

There are biochemical reasons for beta-carotene and vitamin E showing an increase in certain diseases.

Beta-carotene for one acts as a pro-oxidant in the lungs, hence why it increases lung cancer incidence in smokers. It doesn't put any 'strain' on your liver. What are we supposed to do, stop eating carrots, plums, peas, sweet potatoes and everything else with beta-carotene in because there's the slightest chance that I may just, maybe possibly have a HUGE 4% increase in risk of dying if I'm a smoker?

Studies like that are hugely unreliable since they rely on people following things properly. They also don't take into account other variables like diet, exercise and lifestyle which can have a huge effect on disease incidence, and also the forms of vitamins used can have a big effect on how they act in the body. Was the Vitamin E dl-alpha, d-alpha or alpha, beta and gamma? Reading a news article on the abstract of a meta-analysis doesn't tell you that.

Of course vitamins cannot replace a good diet, that's exactly why vitamins are SUPPLEMENTS because they SUPPLEMENT an already good diet. The people who rely on vitamins to cover up their crap diets are at increased risk of disease anyway. If they don't eat well it's highly likely that they don't exercise well and don't rest well and don't manage their stress properly.

Good luck on trying to get all your minerals from fruits.
