"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I didn't hear them say anything that sounded geeky. They seem spot on to me. I'm just surprised at the sheer number of haters out there.

I'm not surprised, think about how many AFCs are out there.

I will say though I'm not a big fan of Mystery, that guy is creepy. I thought it was interesting he didn't make EC with that chick at all until the last thing he said.

I laughed at how they all had their "cool glasses" on.

The people who like to bash this kind of stuff always tend to sound bitter, insecure, jealous, misinformed, or a combination of them all. People can bash all they want, but it doesn't change the fact that the seduction community has changed the lives of many, many, many, many men for the better.
I personally think that those who believe that a seduction community exist in the first place are immature, inexperienced, naive, jealous, misinformed, anti-social, enablers. Follow the history of the seduction community and it mainly exists with guys online who exploit those that cant interact socially with ways to part with their money.

For hundreds of thousands of years guys got laid without the help of a guru. While shadowing a more successful guy has been a social norm (i.e. apprenticeships) doing so to pick up women has not. The whole idea of a seduction community (self-help) community is fairly new. It is pretty transparent that these guys are smart business men who seized this growing market that has expanded with the accessibility to the internet.

Ohwell, less competition.:p
How so? Very few people that you are competing against now have ever read anything that these guys wrote, honestly how many girls do most of you know that would date guys like this anyways? Despite the exposure that this seduction community gets you are always going to be competing against the same group of guys that could care less. If anything the new (and my guess is it would be very few) entrants to the pua style are going to be those that you dont have to worry about (at least not for the short term as they will still be bad at picking up girls just better with delivering lines).

In reality I wouldn't date a girl who is into guys that wear sunglasses inside anyways so my target demographic isn't very likely to be attracted to these guys.

Put aside the idea that all the haters that are men are AFCs, closeminded people for a second...

Even this site bashes PUAs saying DJs are a better, which I agree in context of this site's definition of a PUA.

To the eyes of most people, they do sound very cynical and very manipulative. Hard for people to give an unbias judgement if they sound more calculating, mimicking, and manipulative rather than smart, confident, and genuine. Actually, many have said that is the difference between a PUA and a DJ. In fact, if you show these same people the ideals listed of a DJ as said by photo1's thread, I doubt those people will bash that.

One other thing, I have to say wtf to the line at the end, "men don't teach their sons that their purpose in life is to replicate and everything else is BS." Great, so the only thing in life is to screw with as many women as possible, other things, such as making the world better or living a good life (not that I'm saying women is not an essential part of it) is bs. Perhaps they didn't meant like that like that, but it sure sound like it.

^^^ I agree.

Mystery has a lot of important things to say, but the guy has no soul. In the book, he was having sex with HBs one day, and ready to kill himself the next.
He seems to almost be a machine created for no reason other than having sex with as many women as possible and doesn't seem to have any other purpose in his life. Weird guy.

I live in a pretty upscale area of the town I grew up in now.

In this area there are tons of HB's and plenty of guys with money and looks.

These guys that have the money and looks are naturals, they don't need PUA stuff, they probably havent heard of it, or discount it as something they need.

The beauty in the PUA stuff is it helps regular guys compete with the jocks, the studs that girls approach, etc. You know who those guys are because you've heard the girls in your friend group say "He's hot, etc". I've heard that **** for years from girls about other guys. I'll get the occasional compliment, but I'm not the guy girls are falling over to talk to.

Of course the naturals will hate the PUA's, it's more competition.

The thing is, I probably could have competed before for the table scraps without any seduction knowledge, but this gave me the confidence to compete for the best.

I'm not saying it's why I'm with my latest HB LTR, but it sure couldn't have hurt to have a bit of improved game.

what i think personally...from having used all the methods

I think the PUA community its a very fast community....you could see at least from five to ten coming up in search engines....

Most guys dont like this methods because their very hard to understand....

unless u really dedicate urself to actually waste at least three hours a day reviewing ur not going to get it that easily...

Mysterys method makes a lot of sense but if u want to start running before u start crawling is not going to cut it....u need to learn how to combine it with other methods like neil strauss(style)said in the book that the difference between him and other puas was that he didn't stick to one method he actually embraced all of them...because he wasnt narrow minded....They all were different and he was having a taste...they all brang different things to the table...

Mysterys method...seems like is coming from a robot the guy was a geek u could see it by the words he uses like "systematicly"...his method is quite good....and its good for people who like indirect game (less rejection) it makes them feel safer...

We have lost the real meaning between an Afc a Dj a Pua....and a player

Afc is a guy who has lost the meaning of being a man..he is not a woman or a men...he is controlled by society....has no values whatsoever...he doesnt mind being pushed around...but he always has a breaking point....HIs path of life is if " Im nice to everyone...than everyone will like me...he adopts believes that his ego gives him....

" Dj:Is more human than all...he loves women...he wants to become a woamnizer...to him every women is a mystery to be solved...they are very good with women they dont need lines and they lead their lives with their head up looking at the horizon...doesnt let society control...if he does it will only mean the end of his dimise....

player....is a guy who schemes and finds the right times to hit on women....he shows less humanity...he sometimes could careless about the women hes with...

Pua
....is more human...he cares a much more of the women he deals with...has more life to him....his method doesnt seem to rehearsed hes just like a normal guy standing by... just like wayne elise(juggler)the master....he is fun and gets women...who bring something to the table that will let him advance in to deeper interaction...

AFCs are every where!
This one guy was trying to tell me and some buddies how he is so much in love with his girl. So I was like is the pu$$y tight? He said they havn't had sex yet. So I said man I would have dropped her unless she is a virgin. He didn't say anything... He continued to talk about how he buys her flowers, takes her to nice places to eat, parks, etc... So I asked him what she did to deserve it... He kinda drew a blank and got smart with me. He tried to imply I sounded like a bad guy. That I treated women bad... etc... lol... But some how he is an alpha male in her social ladder... So eh... Still in the end he'll get dropped.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Well that fine line is blured... alot... really alot. I believe that the larger reason to all the bashing, not because they are closed minded AFCs who loses all self-respect when it came to a girl just met two months ago, but because they see PUAs as a player, only even more calculative and manipulative (BTW, I think using "prey" is a bit bad word of choice).

May I say again that many post have said that this is the difference between a PUA and a DJ?

I don't really like the idea of any of this stuff becoming mainstream. It's best left underground, although it's obvious why some people would try to exploit it for money. It should just be a way for people who want it bad enough to improve theirselves and how they interact with women, on the privacy of the internet. I just see it a year or two from now, every shmuck who turns on a tv will be able to watch "Mystery" and his gaggle of cock knobblers spewing to the world everything about AFCs and IOIs and Neg Hits and so on, and all of a sudden the very fact that this stuff exists will be common knowledge and girls will be questioning every interaction they have with guys. Yeah, I don't like this.

Also, I agree.....'The Game' painted Mystery as a soulless creep.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Exactly. I think Mystery is a sellout. The ***** shields are going to go way up as more of them find out about this stuff. You use a neg and they'll be like "oh, is that some mystery method crap? I guess you're going to bust out a magic trick next right?"

Thing that was clear to me from the video is that pick up artistry is evolving. Most of the stuff they were saying in the video didn't reek of trickery at all. Being fun, engaging, and indifferent to the outcome: where's the "trickery" in that?

It's gone back full circle to developing yourself as a man.

their futures so bright, they gotta wear shaaaades.

I think it's funny that all these guys hate and bash on PUAs. Most of those guys probably aren't even in the community and the ones who are just don't know what PUAs are all about.

The guy gets results plan and simple. Now even though I don't do MM, I respect the guys from TMM and VA, because there the only guys who are constantly out there besides RSD. All 3 companies are out there every week and constantly working on there game. 90% of the people aren't willing to go through the process they did. These guys all had to work hard to get where they are.

I seriously don't think a lot of guys understand what actual Mystery Method is about. It isn't about the routines and lines, far from it. Some of the instructors sometimes don't even use a routine in a set. What it's really based on is the M3 Model.

The structure is what it's built on...based on the person's perference he plugs in certain techniques to build the stucture. Maybe he isn't a funny type of guy so instead of C&F in A2 he may do a lot of DHV stories. Instead of DHV stories he may be a guy who likes to play games.

Three totally different guys can have 3 totally different games but they all follow the same road map, that is what Mystery Method is about. Every guru who teaches MM tells the community to make your own routines and the reason for it is so you don't have think about what to say so it's easier to learn the social dynamics.

As far as "Mystery" supposedly selling out the community and stuff...

...NOT true. This has nothing to do with lines and stuff, even if a girl was to here a well known canned line, you can get passed that rather easily. I'm sure if you seen mystery pickup you would'nt know he was a PUA because it all looks natural.

If people were to look behind the lines and stuff they'd realize Pickup barely has anything to do with lines and stuff.

As far as it going mainstream yes it is...BUT PU is like those late night penis enlargement commericals. Guys think it's the magic pill and when they start getting into it they realize it's far from that. Just look at some of you right now.

How many of you guys actually approach women constantly? You know how many guys I've known that gave up learning this and they had a good grasp of what the game was about. That is how it will be when it gets main stream. THE AVERAGE PERSON ISN"T WILLING TO GO THROUGH THE MONTHS AND YEARS OF PRACTICE because like the Penis enlargement commerical...they want the big dik NOW. Not a slow 1/2 inch progress every 6 months.

^ They may not be lines but it's still a technique. And like I said, the more public and mainstream this stuff gets, the more women are going to be aware of it and questioning every time a guy starts interacting with them.

picking up women is like getting laid people have been doing it for decades...so what if they know that were picking them up...its the truth...at least me.... I dont need boring canned lines to get girlz....I just learn how their method workz...it makes me better

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
