"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Ok here it is, any comments, tips, personnal experience, whatever about any weak point or goal would be greatly appreciated :D

Also, the two weak points and goals in italic, I know these are big problems for me, but I don't really know how to work on that on a daily basis to try to improve them... any suggestions?

Weak Points:
• Lack of confidence
• Don’t take conversation opportunities
• Don’t hold eye contact long enough
• Caring too much what others think of me
• Overanalyzing things, don’t act wild enough

• Don’t speak my mind enough
• Unable to dance
• Waste too much time on the computer
• Bad face hygiene

Goals:
• Try to talk to strangers (adult, seniors), 2-3 per week (once I get comfortable with this, I'll try with people my age)
• Make more small talk with customers at my job / workers at my gym / members at my gym
• Hold eye contact at least 5 times a day (when possible)
• Start thinking that only I matter, not anyone else
• Act on impulse, get what I want without caring of the outcome

• If someone does something that displeases me, make sure I speak my mind to let it be known
• Try to learn a few dance moves
• Read books by Nietzsche and Freud
• Start drawing (1 drawing per day)
• Brush teeth 2x day, floss 4x week (I HATE doing that, really have to force myself to do it), face cream daily, shave daily

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Go out more. Try to think of your social self as another person, even name it if you want, so you dont have to own your behavior if you dont want too. Talk to WOMEN daily, not Senior Citizens, what are you thinking?! Take care of yourself, etc. etc.

Nietzsche was a rambling madman.

Freud was a perverted, misguided oddball.

Read up-to-date material.

If you're interested in psychology and human nature, let me recommend Steven Pinker's books How the Mind Works and The Blank Slate

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

If we're just talking about women here, then just try to pretend like you're talking to a friend (maybe want to mind the manners a little more).

• Unable to dance
• Waste too much time on the computer
Sorry, if I knew how to fix these two, I'd spend less time on the computer and more time dancing. :)

• Bad face hygiene
This sounds pretty easy, just get into a routine of doing it. There's no way I can make you like flossing/brushing your teeth, its just one of the ****ty things in life you kind of have to do. Like unloading the dishwasher.

Weak Points:
• Lack of confidence - DO THINGS THAT PUT YOU OUTSIDE OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE, GO OUT 4 NIGHTS A WEEK AND APPROACH PEOPLE, JOIN PUBLIC SPEAKING CLUBS LIKE TOASTMASTERS

• Don’t take conversation opportunities- GET A SOCIAL JOB LIKE WAITING TABLES THAT FORCES YOU TO SPEAK WITH PEOPLE

• Don’t hold eye contact long enough- KEEP MAKING IT AND KEEP DOING YOUR BEST IN TIME IT'LL GET GOOD

• Caring too much what others think of me- GO OUT FOR 4NIGHTS A WEEK AND APPROACH 10 PEOPLE EACH NIGHT, AFTER 1-5YEARS YOU'LL STOP CARING

• Overanalyzing things, don’t act wild enough- JOIN IMPROV COMEDY CLUBS OR TAKE CLASSES

• Don’t speak my mind enough- THIS WILL CHANGE AFTER GOING OUT FOR A PERIOD OF TIME

• Unable to dance- TAKE DANCING LESSONS
