"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Every Friday Night, I stare into streets from my Bedroom window. Looking at the happy couples or group of friends walk by, laughing, chattering, and enjoying life. I stare into my lifeless phone as there are no calls from anyone, male or female. I envy the normal and wonder how I became "TheLoner". I think to myself, just to be a normal person for one day, would be amazing. If only I had the life of one of you, who describe it to be so grand, so normal, even for a day, would be my dream.

I walk to the movie theatre to see one of the latest "Hollywood" produced garbage, but alas I have no one to go with,
just me myself and I. I again, see happy couples going about their business and I wonder, what it would be like to be
one of them.

"is this seat next to you taken?", of course not, I am here alone! what a silly question.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Such art.

I think you should go into romantic poetry. Show Shakespeare up.

And throw in a new country song alongside it. You'll be a hit.

Dont believe such condition is that rare, you just dont hear about others cause they dont post in this forum nor share it with others, everybody is busy showing how great their life is...

My phone would be lifeless as well if I wasnt chasing girls every weekend mostly by myself too, I estimated that a girl is in my orbit between 1week/2months then I have to replace them.

Regarding friends I still have the same I had when I was 12 but we live far, only got acquaitances in the last years, if it wasnt for the girls I pick up here and there I would be a forever alone as well so relax you're not alone.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Have you read "be a man" by pook?

Have you read "Kill your desperation" by pook?

Have you read "feeling down about your love life" by pook?

Have you read ANY of the Dj bible?

Do you act all mopey when your out and about?

If your feeling down on yourself .. its hard for others to want to be around you. People dont want to be dragged down, they want to hang with people that are uplifting. Start working out or take up a new hobby like hunting ( I love hunting ... out in the bush .. with guns .. and wildlife that could kill you at any moment! lol) ... Get a ****y and funny attitude. Get some confidence. Just approach women with the intent to be fun.. dont worry about rejection.

To envy everyone else is only bringing you down. Your negative self talk is playing on your emotions. Possibly your clinicly depressed .. and need some anti depressants for a bit to get you out of the slump your in. Go get a medical check up ... theres all sorts of things you can do to improve your life.

I hit the gym as advised by my brothers on SS, but alas, I am in the gym all alone. Some guys come to the gym with girls, sometimes a couple of female friends. Sometimes they come with a male friend.

"Can you give a spot" I ask. Sure says one of my fellow males with high testostorone at the gym.

"Thanks for the spot, I've seen you around here before, do you want to hang out sometime".
"Ummm, no thanks, I have so and so plans".

Still no friends. Both males and females avoid talking to me at all costs at the gym. That is my experience.

If you look really hard at this quote above .. you will see your negative self talk is in full force ( check out www.anxietybc.com it may help you ). If that was a woman that asked you that .. you should have taken the lead and been all like .. "Nope I saved it just for you!" then smiled at her .. and patted the seat and invited her next to you.

But instead you let your negative self talk get the best of you and ASSUME the worst about yourself and are doing it on purpose to make fun of you .. or they should have known your alone and just sat down beside you. If you think about it they were only being polite while you are projecting your negativity in subtle ways. (Assuming that you actually said that and someone actually asked about your seat next to you).

I think pook said it best (but it came from Bruce Lee)

"As you think you shall become"

You see here in this quote... the way you bring up trying to make friends here is almost as if your trying to pick him up. Instead of asking to hang out ... say something like "I'm going to the range to shoot my guns after my work out, want to come blast some rounds off with me?"

Bring things up in a way that YOUR ALREADY GOING TO DO IT if they come or not. To "hang out" is not very inticing. What does "Hang out" mean to you?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Working out is good, but the gym is one of the worst places to meet people IMO. People are focused on their workouts. It's not a social place and understandably so. It might work if you're the most ripped guy and everybody wants advice from you, but your typical guy at the gym won't get much attention.

A class is better for meeting people. My dance class is very friendly and social.

I've been a loner all my life. Some people just are. It's ok.

the way you put it is a little..well....too friendly
next time try something like "sup? can u spot me?"
or like "never seen you before , you new here? "
^ if you use open ended questions , you will get a reply most of the time...
just go to the gym regularly at the same time everyday...the reason for the gym advice is testosterone
working out increases your testosterone , and it elevates your mood, increases confidence, ego, libido, and so many other effects :cheer:

Why do I even have a telephone?

What is the point? No one will ever call, or return my phone calls.

I could save alot of money, if I cancel my phone.

No one invites me anywhere, ever.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

dude i live out in the boonies, srsly if i were you i'de pull some serious pu$$y...
out here where i live sarging is taboo, just today i got rejected by a cvnt bcuz she knew i was a player...anyway that aside

take a guitar class or painting , idk something that interests you. find hobbies
swimming is good, but i find that a more "artistic environment" is better for you.
most artists are introverts anyway.OR the best thing IMO is a language course like french or chinese....so sign up and DONT try to make friends...just take the course, people will gradually shift towards you and become your firends....it takes time though

a language course is the best because all those textbooks encourage "friendly talk" and besids most ppl at a language course are decent ppl.
just talk with them , don't even think about hanging out, just get toknow them.ask about their job or hobbies ,DONT ASK ABOUT THEIR FAMILY...thats creepy

also you could join an online group that meets up in real life.....there are groups that meet online , decide an activity and then get together and do stuff like hiking and sh!t

also try a "speech" course or club ,like toastmasters ...they gather and learn presentation /speech skills...you can find tat at a community center or YMCA or something

Thanks for those suggestions, I will definately try them out!

I joined a soccer team and recently scored the game winning goal, but no one invited me to grab drinks afterwards and no one congratulated me on the goal.

I will try those other groups and see what happens.

I don't even have 1 friend, do you guys have at least one friend?

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
