You knew better. Before the relationship started you were not like this.
When you met her, she was in a bad situation and you rescued her. Thats fine everyone needs help sonetimes. You thought she was so different. You broke your own rule, treat them all the same.

The fire leaving the relatuonship was your fault. All her temper tantrums and unneccissary sh^t starting was her secretly begging for you to man the **** up.
She wanted a strong man. A man to put her in her place. But you being the p^ssy you became wanted to "talk". But talk isnt what she wanted she wanted action.

She didn't stop f^cking you because you were bad in bed or somehow inadequate. She stopped f^cking you because you got so wrapped up in wanting to make "love".. well she wanted to be f^cked.
She wanted you to let lose the beast inside, pull her hair, pin her down and destroy her.
But you started being all soft and gentle and sh^t.

When she swung on you that was when the respect was gone. You were officially the women in the relationship. Since she acted like a man and swung you were suppose to grab her forcefully, restrain her aggressively and assert your dominance by letting her know next time she tries that her head is boincing off a wall.

I just went thru that guys. I was in a relationship, was a few years and I went soft. I lost my frame.
And I dont blame her .. how could I? She said my d^ck wasnt enough..

Well I just put my erect d^ck next to my samsung galaxy s3 with otterbox which is about 5.7 inches and I had a good half a thumb of pipe towering over it so I know im about 7.
Nothing was wrong with my pipe. It was plenty to fill her up.. it just felt small in her mind because I was always such a p^ssy.

But im back.

FRAME trumps all.

3 months into the relationship, she wanted to break up saying that I was too controlling and she would never hold up to the standards by my ex. I let her walk. She came back the same day. Reliving this is emotionally painful, but puts a smile on my face. Anyways, throughout the relationship, she would stubbornly try to take a little frame here and there. As quoted on SS, an inch you give away is an inch you never get back. I KNEW that I was making a HUGE mistake, but for the sake of the relationship, I obliged TRUSTING that it would keep it together.
She came home drunk for the 4th night in a row, this time with puke on herself. The holiest beta couldn't save this one.

I like this. Its right.

Its funny how we think that we have to be the nice guy but in the end that's not what they want. They want you to dominate, that's how you show her you love her. You can make love to her but its right after you take her as you should.

You have to be your own man, do things you wanna do the way you wanna do them, hold ya sh!t and lead.

OP, this is gold. I went through something similar; I ended up developing b^tchy tendencies and failing sh^t tests just because I didn't know what they were. She never withheld sex from me though. Toward the end of the relationship we couldn't get along (now I see it's due to my b^tchiness) unless our clothes were off. I never held back from being dominant in the bedroom, it was just every other aspect of the relationship where I was the furthest thing from alpha. She wasn't the girl for me and I knew it, but I couldn't get over the beta programming and dump her. It felt too convenient.

I did it though, I got out of the relationship and now I found the red pill way of thinking. I think this type of letter to myself would have been a wake-up call about halfway through the relationship.

Breaking the beta is still hard sometimes; it still feels awkward to demand complete control over the frame and escalate with other women when there was 3 years of mental programming telling me not to.

In the beginning of dating its easy to be alpha, you have nothing to lose.
But as soon as the relationship officially is established we go from trying to "get" to trying to "keep". Somehow this is when we start to develop bichy tendencies, we are afraid to lose it or too lazy or inspirationless to take control outside the bedroom.
Its all easily said than done though, I guess the key is to not give a shyt if she walks or not.
