"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I think I've really dug myself into a hole here, and I'm hoping these forums can help me solve my problem. It started about a year and a half ago when I was just a freshmen. A friend of mine suggested I join him in checking out our schools amine club. I'm not in to cartoons, but I could tell that my pal just needed a wingman, so I join him. It's at the club that I meet some of the people who are now my best friends, as well as the girl of my story, Caitlin. Of course, Caitlin catches my attention as soon as I walk through the door, but I don't actually talk to her yet. I just introduce myself to some of the guys, and by 5:00 I'm on my way home. The next week though, I finally have the courage to talk to Caitlin, but it doesn't go so well. Apparently I didn't make too bad of an impression though, because she hasn't told me to get lost. So the week after that I ask her for her number. (I would have talked to her more often, except she's a sophomore at the time and we never really saw eachother.) So I get her number, and I foolishly ask her if she wants to hang out with me and catch a movie or something. She says no because she wanted to spend time with her boyfriend. Fast forward a month, she and her boyfriend have been broken up for a while. I give it a little time, then ask her out again. She says no. We do start hanging out around school and become friends. We start to get to know eachother, and I eventually ask her out again. She says no again. So at this point, the last day and a half of my sophomore year, I'm thinking about asking her out again, to see if I can get around the friendzone. I'm sure you all will see me as some pathetic kid, but I really need some advice.
(Also, please forgive any spelling errors. Typing isn't easy on an iPod at 1:00 am)

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Bro, you need to forget this b*tch. If shes rejected you 3 times there is no way she will say yes to the 4th. Idc how much you "love her" you gotta move on. To her you are an orbiter or in other words she goes to you when everything else goes wrong. She is not attracted to you at all she is just using you to boost her ego. I would either break of contact all together or use her to expand your social circle and meet new girls. I would also recommend you read the DJ and HS bible. Good luck.

Nice advice I would say. I say do what you feel is right man. I have been in similar situation, except I did get the girl. But I got "Can we just be friends" like a hundred times from the girl. So do what you feel is right, and grow from it. That is truly the only way to live.

The Bible is a good place to start here, but it can only guide you. It wont make sense until you do. For example, you could have some one teach you differential equations, and not understand how to do it your self. That is until you do, then you can truly understand the concept.

So, do what you think is best then think about what went wrong, and what went right?

Good luck friend.

Y'know, the more I think about it, the more I realize that she's probably just taking advantage of the way I feel about her, but for what? Could I really just be an ego booster for her? She's never really seemed to care about her ego. (Or anything at all for that matter)

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

1. You're not a helpless loser, dont let one girl(im not going to refer to her as a female dog because im sure shes nice, shes just not into you) take over your whole perception of yourself.

2. You're obsessed with her, it probably feels like love, you have strong feelings towards her but trust me, you can get over it.

3. The best way out of the friendzone is actually to ignore her and get with other girls and by the time she wants you, you probably wont want her anymore.

4. You've had a lesson, learn from it. Dont let this happen again, be strong, do your own thing. Learn how to get good at this and seek what you really want.

5. Good luck, it will be hard but to be the best you have to go further than the rest.

We've all been there.

Hey,man, you definitely are not a loser. We've all been infatuated with a girl in our youth. You dream about her all of the time and the feelings are so strong that they overwhelm you. Don't sweat it. By this time next year, she will be a disstant memory. You're only sixteen and you have discovered this forum! You are going to have a huge advantage over most other guys your age.

Try to forget about this girl, atleast for now. Start pursuing other women and don't get too into any one girl. There is a whole world of beautiful women out there who will be glad to be with a man like you. Remember, your self respect is far more important than sex.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
