a girl I see every day

Okay, here is the situation that I systematically screw up: some girl that I see routinely and regularly almost every day develops a crush on me, smiles with a mouth open, looks at me expectantly, cannot say anything, and that goes on and on for weeks. :cheer:
It is very awkward to start anything (I tried!) because she gets very self conscious when I am around.

Any suggestions?

i dont know you personally, but i would guess your confidence level is not a 10???

do you really want that to happen, and guess what the situation is poof, gone........the moment is now so take it!

for real man, there is no magic words to get you the gurl, but i dunno try maybe something along these lines when yall come close enough to talk.

"Hello ____ ive seen you around here and just wanted to introduce myself" blahh blahh blahh then end you could close if you want or do it the next day.. let her wonder about you some but you muct leave on a high note.

"Hello, long time no see, so what's your name?"

"Im jennifer,"

"im Bob"

"blahh blahh blahh, well Jackie it was good talking to you and if you;re lucky we'll do it again sometime."

"my name is Jennefer and you're ****y as hell"

"i know Jackie i mean jennefer i was just messin, and im not ****y, im confident with cap letters!! lol seriously we'll have to do this again.....if im Lucky"

I've done exactly what you said 3 times before.
The problem is that she is very self-consious, looks at me and freezes, smiles and cannot say a word.

ok man im sorry i thought you said you freeze.....well start small, just say hello one day
then next maybe get her name and for a week satraight say hello name

over time you will be able to engage in lengthier convo's and bamb you ask her out. i dunno you just have to get her to open up but again start small
