"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Recently I have taken up going to the gym and making a few lifestyle changes. I have noticed a huge difference already in females attitudes towards me. I have found the complimenting me more ( although i find it difficult because in the field i work in alot of older women compliment me and i find them harder to talk to than women my own age)Ive felt alot more energetic, confident and happy. Everyone here take a look at the health and fitness forums thats what made me take the first step.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I've felt the same thing. I got on the skinnyguy.net program a few weeks ago. Im skinny-fat so i was sad to hear I had to go on the fatloss plan but damn, I'm feeling good. I can actually wake myself up in the morning and I have more energy then I use too. I'm also looking a lot leaner. I still cant wait to switch to the muscle gaining program though. Anyways, I feel a lot more confident and I can carry myself a lot better.

I believe every person that needs confidence should start to workout.

I'm in the same boat as you are, Legion. I'm really skinny, 6' 3" tall and 156lbs. I had to go on the fatloss program because I developed a beer belly and ome other added fat from drinking so much over the last year.
But damn, I feel so much better! Even after a week my posture and attitude has completely changed. I can feel myself becoming more confident with each day. I feel like I'm getting ready for a war. I can't wait to start doing the heavy lifting and really start bulking up. I did this program 3 years ago and the results were fantastic. My weight was up to nearly 170 pounds after 8 weeks and I wasn't even following the program completely. However, this time I'm following to the dime. I still haven't done any approaches because I don't go to bars and find it hard cold approaching women in other situations. My next step is just to get down and go for it. I have absolutely nothing to lose.
