Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

A DJ Valentines Day Gift...

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Yea

I've been with my girl for a while now, so I'm sort of running out of gift ideas for special occasions. A year and a half in a relationship, anybody out there with any clever inputs?

Another thing. My girl has already told me she made plans for us for valentines throughout the day and asked me if I could plan the night. I was thinking a nice romantic dinner and then some sort of activity afterwards. Anybody with some sort of positive past experience or some reasonable inputs please throw them in. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanx.

Whatever you do, don't give her a promise or engagement ring.

Only a world-class sap would stoop that low. No wonder girls break up with guys right before V-Day. I think they can sense a guy's intentions.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Instead of buying her a gift (just because it's V-day) why not shoot for something completely different and unexpected?

Most guys buy flowers, chocolates and bring her out to dinner and it's so cliched and predictable.

Why not take a drive and go someplace different? A nice walk in the woods with a packed lunch?

Go do something that is completly opposite of what's normal.

Go to a bull fight, get on the train and ride out of town for the day... anything. it doesn't have to be expensive.

Put some thought into it as a day for the both of you... not a day where you reward her with petty gifts, just cuz she's your GF.

Get creative. she'll appreciate a day out of the norm much more then material things... escpecially predictable ones
