90% of the vitamin in supplements go to the urine

I think that is why most vitamin supplements tell you take it with food, so must of it isn't lost in your urine, kind of like what elimidate said. Then again I don't have any real idea, it's just what i think:)

No, they tell you that because some vitamins are fat soluble.

Does taking it with food (like dinner) make our stomach digest the vitamin better? Then when I do so, should I bite it (to powder)?
