"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

YMMV...

For a rough estimate, take your body weight and multiply it by 15. That is your daily calorie needs. Divide that calorie number by 6 for an idea of roughly how large to make each meal.

You'll have to go a little light to cut and a little heavier to bulk.

Track your progress in a notebook so you can make adjustments for your metabolism.

Six light meals a day is a great idea. Try to keep each meal 600-700 calories, and include some good protein and carbs. Also, have a BIG glass of water with each of these meals to.

An example might be for your midday meal:

chicken breast
Boiled potato maybe with a little pepper or salt and a little butter
Glass of Skim Milk
Big Green Salad
big glass of water

mmmmm..
As a matter of fact, Im prolly gona cook that up right when i get home!!
