YMMV...

For a rough estimate, take your body weight and multiply it by 15. That is your daily calorie needs. Divide that calorie number by 6 for an idea of roughly how large to make each meal.

You'll have to go a little light to cut and a little heavier to bulk.

Track your progress in a notebook so you can make adjustments for your metabolism.

Six light meals a day is a great idea. Try to keep each meal 600-700 calories, and include some good protein and carbs. Also, have a BIG glass of water with each of these meals to.

An example might be for your midday meal:

chicken breast
Boiled potato maybe with a little pepper or salt and a little butter
Glass of Skim Milk
Big Green Salad
big glass of water


mmmmm..
As a matter of fact, Im prolly gona cook that up right when i get home!!
