5'9 145lb too skinny?

Hey guys,

My first post. I'm a 29y/o guy who started working out this year and went from 130lb to 145lb at ~11% body fat. But, I havnt seen much more success in dating. I know that 130lb is too skinny, but is 145lb also too skinny? What ideal body weight range should I aspire to look good but not too bulky?

depends on you , i know a guy who is 6'2" and weighs like 95lbs,now THAT is a skinny faggot. as for you, , i think you could do better,
i mean you are a man right? so maybe you could try to be bigger.

also i have found a bitter truth about bulking, it doesnt matter how bulky you are, you wont get laid if you dont approach.half my friends are bulked, but most of them are chumps. and me? i get the look a lot....but from the girl on the street which honestly i dont give a fvck about. it makes a difference in the bedroom department but meh...

Agreed with Switch

I weigh more than my 1st Wingman (by 30lbs) he approaches more than me
But more 2nd Wingman weighs about 190lbs (mostly muscle) and he never approaches.
It all depends on your mental game. Size wont necessarily bring you more women but it will make you noticed more. And yes I know that theory contradicts itself but most women like a lean guy. But then again it depends upon the woman
