I think Nancy Pelosi is a great role-model for women that want it all - start her career with the intention of marrying a peer (or higher), then check out of the career while she has kids, and once the last one is 13, go back to the career, staying in that career for as long as she need to feel like she has had a "fulfilling" career. Too bad that American employers hate hiring older folks.

Attraction is not a here and now choice. Having a feeling of being attracted to something is a reaction and a reflection of who you are. Don't blame women for not being attracted to you or other men.
