So football seasons almost over, and i now have time to work my ass off. Here my full body workout plan, tell me what you think. And also, can you plz tell me what I should be eating, im looking to slim down and build muscle.

Monday: Chest+Biceps
Tuesday: Cardio+Abs
Wed: Legs
Thu: Back+Triceps
Sat: Shoulders+Cardio+Abs

10-8-6-6 Reps each time, 4 sets, raising the weight every set.

Im not new to this, i dont need a place to "start" This has been my workout for a while now but ive stopped becuase i have no time.

your previous post does in fact suggest you do need somewhere to start from. you don't know what to eat, and while your routine isn't the worst I've seen I don't like the rep scheme overmuch.

you can be training for years and still be a 'beginner'.

whatever you choose to do, start a journal.

proper warmups plus 2x5 ends up being far more reps than a 5x5......
