If you insist on giving them ridiculous titles, I guess so. I would just say that the men who lived - probably had a crazy bodycount average. Interesting that this phenomenon happened at all though, to be honest. Not sure what would have caused the mass deaths of men, but not women.

Looks like it's more about a lack of genetic diversity, so probably still way more than 1 man to 17 women, they just had the same Y chromosome. That's what they find and analyze after 5-7000 years, the DNA and more specifically the male chromosome, they're not directly counting the remains of 1 man for every 17 women.
