"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I believe some guys would benefit from this.

The 30 day challenge would involve NO online dating, no going to clubs/bars,
and no texting biches.

Believe it or not, online dating is actually making you less attractive and making your skills worse with women. I have realized that typing to a woman I have never met has given me this beta mindset that I may never be able to shrug off. It has made me bypass talking to women in real life and I started PREFERRING to message them online. I soon realized this was toxic and that I needed to do something.

If you think you can make women a lower priority in your life, you need to man up and stop doing these things. I realized that going to clubs made me a weak, beta male over the years because getting shut down killed my confidence. If I instead spent my time focusing on my career, I'd probably have a freaking PhD by now.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

If this breaks you down it simply means your mindset isn't strong enough, work on it. You let it control you instead of you controlling it.

Avoiding it is one way to solve it, but isn't this the same as running away from the challenge?

Last time I've tried online dating was in February, 2012. This is where I met my soulmate and eventually dumped her. Haven't been on it since.

Thought it depends on what profile pic you have.

The problem is not about typing them, the problem is the extremely low response rate or lack of attraction if you do get a reply. Hot guys get messages sent to them despite having lame profiles.

Women don't have any priority in my life right now. That doesn't mean I have met another soulmate. They may soon since other sides are not working out that well so maybe I may get lucky in this area again.

Getting shut down killed your confidence, not going to clubs or trying. You are claiming to be a beta male because you don't have the looks that women are desperate for, so essentially this becomes a "look" issue. Then alpha males are just hot guys, beta males are average to below average looking dudes because how a woman responds to you makes you an alpha or beta.

Even if you focused on your career you still have to deal with women. It will bother you that you are not getting laid while your classmates are. You may have an obsessive crush with some of your classmates and think about her, etc... Still sucks either way.
