“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

How long would it take to drop from 25% bf down to 15? My goal is much lower, under 10, and I want to set my expectations straight, so I know what to expect.

I have a perfect diet and exercise routine.

perfect diet? no such thing
perfect routine? no such thing

just thought I'd drop that in - how heavy are you? you can cut around 1lb a week normally but if you're at 25% I'd assume you're carrying a fair bit of weight, so you could drop 2 or 3 lb a week at first...

Im 243, two weeks ago 247ish. All the while body water remained the same!!!!

It looks like Im moving at 2 lbs/week or something close to that. All the while I work out and build muscle, so Im adding and loosing at the same time, but it turns out Im loosing more because muscles eat fat. I like the whole idea of it even while you asleep.

Yea, 3 lbs a week seems to be the max for healthy and sustained weight loss.

Im doing 30 minutes of cardio daily, I plan on increasing that to 1 hour, and then doing 45 minutes morning and evening.

You could go from 25%ish to 15%ish in 4-6 months IF YOU ARE WILLING TO PUT IN THE TIME AND DIETING. Just cut off carbs 5-7 hours prior to bed,do some form of cardio twice a week and you will be there in no time. The more fat you have, the easier it is to lose it. Good Luck!

at 25% body fat, it will take the average dude 18 months of consistent and clean work to be on the cover of MH magazine.

If you're looking to be fit and look healthy(not jacked/ripped), probably 12 months, give or take for genetics.

People say that you can do it in 5 - 6 months...Sure, why not...But if that doesn't end up happening, and at the end of 6 months you look in the mirror and wonder where all that time and effort went...its sometimes discouraging.

Do whatever you're doing as best you can and give it a year. By that time, if you've been consistent and done the right thing 90% of the time, you'll have the body you want.
