“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

i got to say , this is quite an achievement, i figuring out how to do is w/o getting too low of a calorie count is a biggie. me for example, i m 220, i was as low as 212 last monday and today i m back to 213/214...in 4 days, i think I had just 1 day i ate very low calories and my body , just feels so groggy feels so lazy and tired and on top of that i gained like 2 pds..so i think the real challenge for you when YOU ARE able to get that low, to be able to keep it off...its a really challenge to keep that weight. so I would say ...losing it is ONLY half the battle, the real challenge comes after YOU've lost it

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

TheLadiesMan's "1 Year Oatmeal Diet"...

For breakfast lunch and dinner. You can substitute dinner with a turkey sandwich, but I didn't, at least not for the first 6 months.

Get some oatmeal.

Get some powdered milk.

Get some Splenda.

Make a bowl of it. Eat it.... for 3 meals a day, for 12 months.

Ok, sometimes I had a pizza, and beers, but you only live once, so F it.

Usually, when I eat this Monday thru Friday.. I'll eat what ever I wanted on the weekends. What ever I wanted.

Sometimes I'll throw in peanut butter with the oatmeal, sometimes yogurt, and sometimes low fat cottage cheese, with some strawberry jam.. mmmmm, yeah.

..and I lost all that weight, plain and simple, and I did a lot of diets prior. This one came from a friend who was locked up, and this is what he had ate when he was locked up... it's very bland, but you lose weight and gain muscle.

Oh, and you have to do some weight lifting, and exercising. Muscles aren't going to pop on your body, got to use those muscles. Pushups, and situps, and pullups.

There you go...

Congrats on your progress LadiesMan! Very inspirational.

Now, since you've 'cut'...I recommend you take it to the next level.

If I were you (and I'm 34 years old), I'd start lifting heavy weight. Lift as much as you can with 4-5 reps, IE bulk.

You've got your weight down to what you want it to be, now it's time to built up the mass in muscle. If you eat clean (lots of protein) and lift heavy weight, you will build muscle. Lift to your 4 rep max.

I've lifted weights for years, but until I said to myself...I doesn't matter what I look like, it does matter how much I eat (eating clean of course..), did I start making progress. It's the lbs I lift that matter.

Lots of protein and heavy weight. Squats, deadlifts, bench. You will be a beast in 3 months.
