The whole concept of that list is limiting the number of calories you eat in one sitting.

Steak isn't bad, but eating 1000+ calories of any food in one sitting isn't the best thing to do.

Probably the reason steak and otherwise good foods are on that list is from the cooking process. The oils and frying methods that a lot of restaurants use aren't too healthy.

A lot of that food is great for you, so long as you make it yourself.

If you notice, all the "bad" food is based on the number of calories - which doesn't make sense -- so this is obviously a woman's article! Women are concerned with fat - because they get fat so easily - so they worry about calories!! Men should worry about their health, not calories!!
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
