"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I've hung out with this girl real casually for about 3 weeks. Now her IL is through the roof and I figures this weekend I felt like doing other things, we don't need to get together every week.
But she's going to be away the weekend coming up. I'm in classes with this girl every single day. I don't want to go through 2 whole weeks till I've got time to see her outside of class. By that time who knows what'll happen, it could cool off, we could get bored of always seeing eachother in class, whatever. This screws up some great momentum.

So, I'm wondering, have you guys ever had to deal with circumstances where everything's going fine and then you have to drag it out due to unforeseen events? And does it usually work out for you?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Take her to lunch or something on one of the weekend days, be busy the other one.

Have you kissed her yet? Now would be a good time to do so if you haven't.

The more a woman has invested in you, the more apt she is to stick with you. Meaning, the more you can escalate physically, the better off you will be going two weeks without seeing her.

Yes! Also, don't be afraid to talk to other girls in your classes... she'll become even more interested in you because she'll see you as the prize.

alright, see the thing is we don't have same lunches or any of that. I will see her for many days but every time it'll be some sort of in-class scenario where that whole friendship angle can develop instead of what I want to develop...
