I found that working out two days a week is just perfect for weightlifting!

I’ve tried three and four days, but my body just can’t handle it. Instead, my body stays toned and muscular even with just two days a week, and I’m at 10% body fat.
This is because I usually spend another two days a week cycling or taking cardio classes.

Since I now have a good physique, I will allocate less time to fitness to make room for my social activities.
In fact, I started a self improvement schedule a year ago, and now I am satisfied with my results. I will now focus on other elements of my schedule, which include "social," "education," and "wealth," while still doing my best in the other areas, but keeping them as maintenance and enjoying them more.
You may wonder why I kept "social" after being fit and attrattive, and that is because I wanted to start social improvement when I could get help from the halo effect

Depends on what you are wanting. For maximum muscle growth it's not. For maintenance, sure. Lifting twice a week is going to do pretty much jack sh!t in terms of building new muscle. At best it will maintain what you have.

If you are European, trust me, your idea of muscular and Americans idea of muscular are two different things.

I'm looked at like a freak show in Europe because I am American Muscular...honest to God, with the way I am getting looked at and having people point and me and whisper to one another I could probably start charging people to gawk at me like in a carnival sideshow act.

"Step right up and see the wildest freaks! The bearded lady, the man made out of rubber and the normal American muscular guy that is unheard of in Europe!"

European muscular is like thin and toned but don't look like they even workout unless they take their shirt off. Been here almost 3 weeks now and I have seen exactly 1 person(this after walking around many large cities and seeing thousands if not tens of thousands of people) who looked muscular and they weren't from Europe, they were from America like me. I asked them if they noticed the same thing and they said it was kinda crazy how nobody seems to lift weights and if they do it's not to gain muscle.

This is completely wrong. Can build muscle more than fine on twice a week. It’s entirely dependent on recovery capacity. Naturals have far, far less of it than PED addicts.

I recently backed off from five days a week to four days, and in only three months I've noticed a meaningful difference in the quality of my workouts and quicker muscle growth, so I think there's something to the idea that less is more, but two seems a bit low. I know a lot of the powerlifters at my gym are on a three days a week cycle, but their goals are more competitive strength than aesthetics. If I were you I'd at least bump it up to at least three, so that you don't have more than one two-day rest period in a week.
