I've been working out about 4 years. I have a pretty solid base, I'm ripped at 5'10" and 180lbs, I squat 425 and bench 335. I want to get HUGE this summer.

Those of you who have taken 1AD or know a lot about it, give me the skinny: Is it worth it if taken properly along with a good diet and training program (which I have)? What is the best way to cycle it? Will it cause Peter South (a.k.a. Impotence a.k.a. Man's Worst Enemy) to rear his ugly head?

Basically, tell me everything you know, because I'm probably going to start the stuff the first week of May.

Very impressive lifts.

Not tried 1AD myself but have sold to a few guys. One thing they noticed. You need more than the recommended max of 3 per day - 6 is more like it. The guy I get it off reckons 20 days on 10 days off then repeat but I would have THOUGHT 30 on and 10 off or 15 and 5 would be better. A few guys on here have used it so hopefully they will reply with some first hand experience.

Come on, I know SOMEONE here has got to have some experience with 1AD.

Thanks for the above post--I'm hesitant, however, to ingest over the recommended dosage until I talk to people first-hand about the product and its effects.

Actaully there is another post on 1AD not so long back with quite a few replies. Just keep going down it isnt that far.

Manufacturers are always conservative with dose recommendations. They have to be. In practice more is nearly always required to get the most benefit.

If you want to get HUGE, I would also add in a topical 4AD at 300-600mg per day. 6 caps per day of 1AD seems to be the best dosage. I wouls go with topical 1-test and 4AD. absorbs better so its cheaper. 200mgs per day of 1test vs. 600mg 1AD.
