I've been working out about 4 years. I have a pretty solid base, I'm ripped at 5'10" and 180lbs, I squat 425 and bench 335. I want to get HUGE this summer.
Those of you who have taken 1AD or know a lot about it, give me the skinny: Is it worth it if taken properly along with a good diet and training program (which I have)? What is the best way to cycle it? Will it cause Peter South (a.k.a. Impotence a.k.a. Man's Worst Enemy) to rear his ugly head?
Basically, tell me everything you know, because I'm probably going to start the stuff the first week of May.
