"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I know you people hate these, but get the F*** over it and help me anyways. I really just want some words of encouragement, thats what I came for and what I need to get me going again. I am building up the self desire and need a kickstart. Basically, I have this one chick I like, lives about 2 hours away (used to go to my school but moved) she is single but flirts alot with another guy. We usually only talk on the internet also. Now what do you think my next move is in this case.

The other, is normal hot cheerleader things, but this one is odd, different. Don't know if she likes me or feels bad for me or what. But she always says hi and stuff and when I first got my facebook account she was like one of my first 3 friends and she asked to be my friend. Odd, when very few others have.

What do you guys think and help me make some decisions.

Thanks, Kegger, not a DJ,YET!!!

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Hey, we haven't talked in a while.

Flirt and Tease, I can't stress it enough. You can't build attraction and interest by just chatting with them. Hang out with them (at least the CL), and get to know them, and if you and her have fun together, and she takes your flirting well....well..you escalate.

Now is not the time to just be normal. CL is interested, amplify it =)

-as for the 2 hour flirt-machine, unless you plan on travelling a lot.....don't worry about her too much

Yeah, I am really at a loss right now not knowing were to turn. I know that I must improve some important skills, like communication. I always grew up around lots of adults and few other people my age. So I am at a loss, I have trouble holding a conversation with someone my own age while I can talk for hours with an older adult. Also, I am soft spoken as it is, that is one thing I must overcome, do you guys have any ideas on that? Shyness is a problem but is slowly moving away. With things like facebook were you are behind the security of your keyboard I have been able to see that people really dont hate you because they interact with you there. P.S. Our high school is really big into facebook. So if you have any ideas, please let me know asap.

Thanks, Kegger

Just talk to her, ask her questions and develop from her answers....sure..it might not be older subjects...but it's something in tune to her.

I am on it. Thats what I kinda figured was best, build up a knowledge of each other. When you are stuck 180 days in a building with someone, its not as easy to just randomly ask people out as if you were in a bar with people you would never see again.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Yeah, just have short conversations with her for a bit, and then ask her to grab something to eat or anything like that after a few days...

Light Flirting/Teasing helps too =)
