"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Great links. Looking into red flags/signs of an attention wh0re on social media has always been an interest of mine. Those articles did a nice job discussing everything.

One they should have mentioned was a female posting about how "sad" she is trying to get people to bombard them with comments. Earlier I saw one of the most phony narcissistic women I know posting how "sad" she was about something, she had around 10 or so friends reach out to her with lengthy responses trying to help, she ignored every comment, and proceeded to make more posts about being "sad." It really shows how much the people mean to her.

In a way social media is an excellent tool for exposing covert narcissists and attention seekers that may not show those signs in everyday life. The more selfies, fake "caring" posts/links to serve their own need for attention and ego patting on the back as well as the other attention wh0ring signs the better for grounded people to get a clue about them due to social media allowing them to expose what they really are to everyone.

I've long ago deleted flakebook. Boring as hell and everyone was trying to either one up each other with nonsense and or "prove" what a great "special little snow flake" they were. At first it's hilarious. Then pathetic. Then boring and time to pull the plug on it for good.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

I remember pickup artist Arash (on youtube) saying how he picked up some women like that. He'd go on Facebook and post the exact opposite to what everyone else is - 20 beta guys posting how beautiful she is, telling her that "yes you're absolute right" and then something about her being worthless in a half subtle way to take away her validation, then message her and ask her out.

This all could have been condensed into one sign,

1. You post any kind of update about your life on social media one or more times per day.

The friends don't see the girl for what she is. They believe her phony mask thinking she's a nice sincere person, when really she's a phony narcissist who doesn't care about anyone else, even the people closest to her.

Here's a good example of how fvcked in the head she is. The other day I was at the place she works at and over the span of two hours she changed her clothes three times. She went from a t-shirt, to a dress, to ANOTHER t-shirt, and she kept doing crazy s**t to her hair to make it look drastically different each time. It must have bothered her not many men were around, and no one was flocking to her. Out of curiousity I got on her Instagram that night, and guess what? She posted two bathroom mirror selfies. So it's like if she doesn't get any validation from men during the day, she'll get online after work to receive it.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
