I understand that there are more serious diseases but reading them it seems like the problems are those concerned about getting it and not those carrying it.

I got hpv myself and had to wait months untill it cleared out by itself (had my seed tested twice) and during that time I touched no woman regardless how hot she was nor how horny I was.
