    Only Six Months For Rape?

In other news, anything a woman feels is rape is rape. Dur dur. This is how the most idiotic things in the world like 'rape culture' came to be. I would be terrified to step into a woman's studies class if I were still in college.

    Twitter Loves ISIS

The world is run by money, laws/morals/etc have nothing to do with it. Additionally, social media is a goldmine of information for information agencies, so why would they shut it down vs. tracking every juicy bit?

Mass Shooting - Why It Happened

Hi everyone, today I explain why I believe the mass shooting in the Florida night club happened. This is not particular to a specific group or ethnicity, but rather an illustration of human nature as evidenced in much larger events throughout history (fall of the Roman Empire, Alexander the...

    You Always Have A Choice

Hi everyone, today I talk about always having a choice. No matter what hardships you're going through, you can choose to lose or choose to thrive. For those familiar with my old channel and the spiraling depression over 2.5 years, you'll understand. The last 3 months have brought a lot into...

    Timesinks

No you don't have to be a pro to be passionate. But you do have to be a pro to be 'famous', which is the only positive case you make for it. I play video games too, probably about 10 hrs/week, after/if I get all the important stuff done. I realize it's not beneficial in any way, like...

    Timesinks

Observational bias with little info to go one. Here's something to consider: 1) Do you live in Korea? 2) Do you want to spend 16-18 hours/day playing video games and nothing else? 3) Do you also want to have the same chance at stardom as an olympic medalist or first draft pro sport player...

Natural Energy Sources to Workout ?

To an extent, it does depend on goals. If you're trying to burn fat first and foremost, then sure, go on a keto diet (or close to it) and enjoy being pissed at the world 24/7. If you're already at reasonable bodyfat, why would you? Put aside any competitors (doubt there are many here) who...

Natural Energy Sources to Workout ?

I'm not sure what there is to read, besides the first law of thermodynamics. Energy for exercise comes from calories. Deriving energy from fat stores (during an intense workout) is a lot more difficult than deriving it from ATP, then glycogen, then carbs.

Natural Energy Sources to Workout ?

Why would you intentionally exercise with 0 energy and lift at half your capacity?

    Timesinks

Art/music develop parts of your brain that video games and television don't, for starters. And fringe benefits. You can play guitar at a party and everyone will love you. Start talking about gaming and who cares.

    Fitness Overview

Hi everyone, today I give an overview of fitness as a whole in my experience both personally and professionally in the industry over many years. I cover the basics of exercise, habit forming, goal setting, nutrition, supplementation, and routine. A large portion of this is the 'intro speech' I...

    Timesinks

I think you misunderstand. The implication of a 'timesink' is that it has no long term benefits - that's the difference. Learning another language (I'm bilingual since 7) and playing a musical instrument (I can draw like a beast, but I did learn piano) both have HUGE mental development...

Natural Energy Sources to Workout ?

Just carb up 30-45 minutes before. I always eat some kind of pasta, rice, or potato 'mini meal' as I'm finishing up my work day. By the time I hit the gym it's already in me and I have plenty of energy.

Dont you just hate leg day?

You can't get wheels without squats. That's what I tell myself. Also deadlifting makes you feel like a BAMF. Beyond that, find leg exercises that are enjoyable to you. For me, I do pistols with kbells.

Is it possible to lose weight and not count calories?

When I started I counted calories for a few months, then stopped. It's good for a while because it educates you on how much you're taking in, which surprises a lot of people. At this point I can calculate +/-10% how much I'm eating when I look at any food. I don't, because at this point it's...

    Timesinks

Hi everyone, today I talk about 3 major timesinks in life and the extent to which they waste it - antisocial media, television, and gaming. While relaxing with some mindless entertainment is perfectly fine, too many people underestimate the impact it has on their overall life. When you add up a...

Just Be Yourself Is A Trap

Huh? Game does not exist in a vacuum. Self-improvement is constant game. Think about it. Being fit is game. Having money is game. Being sociable is game.

Just Be Yourself Is A Trap

I think you miss the point a bit - self changes (and should change) throughout life, hopefully for the better. You can say that being 'fake' is awful but in many aspects in life you fake it til you make it - essentially modeling behaviors to slowly change yourself in the process. This is not...

Just Be Yourself Is A Trap

It never hurts to remind yourself of something you may have forgotten, or let slip. For instance, over the years I've read Greene's 2 main books (AoS/LoP) about 5 times a piece, just to keep it fresh.

Just Be Yourself Is A Trap

Hi everyone, today I discuss a recurring theme in over half my life - that 'just be yourself' is a trap, one that prevents growth particularly if who you are should change. Enjoy & discuss!
