I know I ask a lot of questions here, and I'm really sorry for this. I have acne ok, but there are NO bumps on my face, maybe 1 or 2 once in a while. BUT ..what IS on my face is "Red dots" ..but they're completley smooth. Are these scars or what..and are there any creams to get rid of this? And...

Can someone help me with this please?...I'm in advanced P.E. ok ...we run the half mile every day, and it's pretty hard for me. I don't smoke or anything, even the smokers get ahead of me. I'm not a fat guy or anything ...It just seems like I don't have enough lung capactiy. Does anyone know...
