Top tier guys

[BaronOfHair]

@BPH "The point I'm trying to drill into you here is that looks do not correlate with game"

Efforts to persuade dude out of beliefs he's clearly superglued himself to will remain more futile than convincing folks who are clamoring for a revival of The OC that

-Yes, the series really did air back in the early 2000s, much as it may seem like yesterday

-As such, the shows's primary stars are old as f-ck now. We're talking periomenopausal if not full blown menopause insofar as the ladies go, and thinning hair/regular prostate exams for the fellas

-Chances of a contemporary rehash soiling your rose-tinted memories of childhood are thus higher than a dope fiend who's gained unlimited access to the neighborhood methadone clinic

[BPH]

no buddy. I’m looking for you guys to display some acfual evidence . Which of course you cannot. Because there is none. Please explain WTF happened in the case of RSD Tyler as it relates to your position.
Because that sinks everything you and everyone else is sprooking here. And means the advice on the forum is for the most part - flat out the same old PUA dreaming.

I don't know what would satisfy you.

Looks matter, but they clearly aren't everything, or every attractive guy would automatically be swimming in pu**y - which they aren't, as evidenced by how moronic most men are in the current dating market (plenty of evidence on this very forum of that).

Furthermore, women have types, which is why a conventionally attractive man isn't necessarily a universally attractive man.

Improving in other areas of your life (confidence, money, status, power, leadership, etc.) WILL improve your abilities with women. Neglecting them and relying on looks alone WILL lead to less success than you'd have otherwise.

Lololol.
Says WHO that they aren’t?! Wtf is this nonsense.
Cos every Chad dude I see IRL, has a hot girlfriend ? And are swimming in pvssy on the apps.
Like, obviously. This is inarguable.
Nonsensical statement 1

Furthermore, women have types, which is why a conventionally attractive man isn't necessarily a universally attractive man.

ah yes he is. David Ghandy would be a universally attractive man . He’s a globally recognised super handsome guy. As are all the other sex symbols of Hollywood. Clooney, Pitt, Mamoa etc etc
nonsensical statement 2

———
An aside -btw I forgot to mention in reply to your post 2 back - there IS guys here that would agree with me dude. I can think of 3-4 guys . All guys that went through the PUA journey for many years , got success with women and then later dumped almost everything they had studied, just focused on LM, confident approaching and doing the numbers. Same thing you’re doing.

And it’s pretty funny you are arguing with me. Cos your position is very close to mine

Now the 3rd point

and you are the example of a dude whose game is only ONE of those things. Confidence. And whose success is based on only ONE of those 5 + categories .

You do not have money, status, power or leadership ..Afaik?

So your game is , mostly your looks , plus a confident approach.. that’s pretty much IT.

So? You’re the proof mate.
That it’s pretty much all Looks to getting great success with women. Same as the guy next tier up from you The Chad.
(Maybe you are even Chad tier looks idk)

What else can I now say.
I’m right and we are done, I think is all I can say.

Yeah out of personal preference I have a more clean cut aesthetic. Short hair, clean-shaven every 4 days, no tattoos, tidy clean dress with no ott jewellery etc.

Birds who want a rock star/biker look would completely swerve me! Don't care.

[Atom Smasher]

boom. Thanks for letting me know you’ve got good looks. So how would you describe your Game in a few bullet points ? Nutshell it for me pls.

You falsely attributed that remark to me. I never said it.

[Cheeky_James]

You falsely attributed that remark to me. I never said it.

I did .my bad, the replies were coming thick and fast.

I learned in my 50s that less than stellar genetic looks can easily be compensated for. I simply decided to believe it once the light was turned on in my little brain.

This is the problem with this forum. Zero context. There is no useful ‘stats ‘to any of the members next to their names.
Ie face rating, Age. Height, ethnicity, location etc
to put their perspective and advice into context.

You say above yoi discovered something in your 50s about compensating for lower looks.

As if the Dating market in 50s bracket is anything like the current dating market of the 20s or 30s etc landscape is different for each decade mate.

I’m finishing up with you now but I’m a generous man and I’ll leave you with a golden nugget. I came here clueless. The record of my enlightenment is here for all to read. I had zero context while a member here and during my years as a mod. I simply got my hands dirty. I mined the gold and sifted out the noise. It was not up to the posters to provide context. It was up to me to intelligently sift through the information. I wasn’t a know-it-all by any means, I just kept on trying to learn. I knew I was ignorant, and that makes for a very teachable spirit.

You, my friend, are a dog chasing its tail. You demonstrate a profoundly strong inability to learn and succeed, and only additional painful hard knocks in life are going to knock you off your high horse. You remind me of the wise old high schooler who has all of life figured out.

The value and sheer magnitude of knowledge here on this forum is immense but you need to DESIRE to mine the gold. Last hint: The old timers here from decades ago got a lot of this stuff figured out. The knowledge of how to succeed in life and with women is within these pages. However, the forum keeps reverting back to needing something new as the younger “sages” join up.

Absolutely none of this will register with you today. I write it for the benefit of other readers who have a teachable spirit, and for the future you who might return to these cringe discussions after the humbling life is sure to throw at you. Don’t waste your years, friend. Recognize that you don’t know what you don’t know, and learn from those who have paved the way before you. Read the history here on SoSuave and you will discover knowledge that is timeless. To do that you will need to dip those well-manicured hands into the dirt and pull out the gold.
We’re done as I’ve lost interest. Enjoy the last word.

[BaronOfHair]

@Cheeky_James The problem with SOME fellas on this forum(and many additional individuals of both genders within our civilization more generally)is that they refuse to cease their hunt for panaceas. Such as: "If I were a dead ringer for Sean O'Pry, women would simply walk up and start dry humping me. I wouldn't have to cultivate additional traits to become more attractive"

In doing so, they're the equivalent of aspiring actresses who really believe that enlarging their A Cups to Double Ds will, in and of itself, land them plum roles, subsequently refuse to sharpen their craft via drama school/reading every acting book in existence, learning how to dress, etc etc

[Clockwerk50]

there’s endless evidence of this.
Even Robert Greene, the guy who wrote the biggest tome on Seduction, lets the cat out of the bag in this interview here, 10secs in. Re the greatest Seducer he ever personally met.

Just saw the video. He is described as tall and handsome (looks), frequently staying at a hotel in Paris (money), having 15 women around him at all times due to preselection (status), and entertaining all of them while never getting reactive or defensive (personality).

I’m not sure why you focused on just one characteristic out of the several described, but I can only assume it’s an example of confirmation bias, which is selectively focusing on information that supports your existing beliefs while disregarding other relevant evidence.

Just different types of what women in Toronto are “supposed” to like. The second guy looks short.

In my experience, I always take what women say with a grain of salt. Most of the time, they end up with someone completely different from the type they claim to be looking for.

I love the downplay clockwerk.
Greene describes him as a Brazilian Man. Tall and INCREDIBLY handsome. That means - a Top Tier looking dude bro. I am not surprised he was Brazilian either, they are some of the best seducers afaics and heard about.

Yea of course he had preselection. With the women likely competing for him - and the status from that. from his LOOKS mate. Only. His Looks.
Greene says he frequented the hotel. Only that. Perhaps he went there to drink and game the models more likely. Its possible he had modest money. And was just a classic seducer type, full of tall tales, promises and bullsh1t.

the mention of him being calm and non reactive was when he got BUSTED red handed by a previous conquest. What else was he gonna do? That’s not a reflection of his true ‘personality’ hen he was seducing those women at the hotel . lol.

I did have to LoL at Greene there, saying THAT was this guys secret. Makes me regret slogging through those 500 pages of his book. The guys ‘secret’ was his incredible Looks. obvs.

that’s very interesting what you said re confirmation bias.
Cos that’s exactly what you just did with the information in Greenes video and downplayed the seducer guys looks as the primary paramount factor. Classic.

Where does Greene say his looks were the only factor? You're cherry-picking the details that support your own beliefs while dismissing the rest. That's confirmation bias.

[The Duke]

@Cheeky_James so if its all about looks, what benefit is there for you to be on this forum?

[Cheeky_James]

dude, seriously. How dumb are you?
greene obv jumped on the PUA bandwagon of the time with that book. He doesn’t have to say it. It’s fvcking obvious. and he definitely wouldn’t point it out either. As he just wrote a 500 page book and wants to hock it and make the sweet $$$$

. “Tall and Incredibly Handsome”
Just put that section on repeat until the penny drops for you.

“I realised this man’s SECRET ..he never got defensive or reactive “ LOL
Ah, secret to what exactly? His secret to getting out of being busted cheating red handed by the other chick he was fvcking at the time ?
wow. great insight Robert!
like. How else was he going to react in that moment …? Say she was his sister ? he just got busted… FML

You're so fixated on his looks that you dismiss every other factor that has been described, then pass off your own speculation as fact. His looks were clearly a factor, but claiming they were the only factor is pure speculation.

Maybe take your own advice and reread the definition of confirmation bias until the penny drops.

[Bokanovsky]

Wow, how come this guy had women throwing themselves at at him?

This guy is quite a hit with women too.

hey clockwerk,
What do you think it means when Greene says
“ but his SECRET was ..”
he isn’t clear here and doesn’t finish the sentence..

his ‘secret’ to what exactly ? .. Or ..of what

I am confused. Pls help clarify thanks

[Bokanovsky]

BPH
Do you notice anything in common between these 2 guys. It doesn’t really get any more obvious than this.

I don’t know, but acting like the wording on the video proves your point while ignoring the rest of the description is pretty disingenuous.
