Really? Surprised you guys don’t recommend jogging

the running groups have some of the hottest women. I’ve never been much of a runner but may join running groups because some of the women in them have stellar bodies

not necessarily to try picking them up but because they’re doing something right if they have great bodies, physic

when I go to the gym I’m not as into women with big muscle builds lol I like women petite and skinny
most people who run are already not-fat. in my estimation, your weight is 95% determined by your diet.

personally i'm not going to do something i detest just to meet women. jogging is a deplorable activity.

Actually that's not true.

Many are skinny fat. It would be more accurate to say most people who run have low levels of lean muscle.

Majorly seeds and seed oils. Mustard oil, soybean oil, or anything with palm oil (rare but yes). Majority of seeds or seed based product out there have PUFAs. I like fruits, and for oil I consume coconut oil, which is indeed a fruit (called drupe).
I read and look deeply into Ray Peat. Likewise, I have been on it for more than a month.
Are there any changes? Yes, my weight is back to 69 from 71. I sleep better, and inflammation has been reduced.

i think palm oil is OK. not sure if i would call it healthy, but its nowhere near as bad as canola or soybean oil.

i know palm oil is still high in PUFAs, but its not a processed oil, its as simple to extract as olive oil, and as far as i'm aware part of the reason seed oils are so bad for you aren't just the high PUFA content but all the oxidation that occurs from the insane amount of chemical processing they undergo. i mean there's like 8 steps to extract canola oil from the rapeseed and its heated to hundreds of degrees which causes heavy heavy oxidation.

skinny fat, sure. more accurately what i mean to say is, there are 20000% less obese runners than skinny or skinny fat runners. the only point i'm making is jogging is a horrendously bad way to lose weight.
