Any tips or tricks are highly appreciated
1- Go to gym to have good body
2- Learn about investment.
3- Do house hack and own your own house.
4- Engage in as much as you can social events
5- Build friends and social circles
6- young women are less experienced, if you find that sweet heart you might want to keep it as wife.

8- Youth is not forever , it is energy that you should not waste.

I wouldn't want to change anything in my 20's or pretty much anything from my past.

If anything I'd wish I met some BPD, NPD or demonic women which I learned exists from Sosuave, I would have enjoyed turning them into my pets.

Oh Jeez, i wish i could go back and tell my 25 yr old self......

get a vasectomy asap
never ever get married, live with a chick
dont have kids, nothing kills life like 18 yrs or more of child support cause you thought "she was the one"
don't feel like you gotta get married cause thats what your "supposed to do in life"
the older i get the more my sex life and female options will improve
sex in my 30s and 40s will be tons better and more varied than my 20s
she's not mine, its just my turn
she doesnt really love me, she just really loves what i can do for her
don't be afraid to grow old alone, you'll be just fine and actually prefer it in your 50s
cultivated a good group of friends you can count on
invest heavily in Google, Facebook and Microsoft.

Wish i could go back in time and talk to the dumb ass i was back then. Now im just an old(er) man with a life of regrets and mistakes

Mental point of origin. Start a biz. Get paper right. DON'T DATE. approach and pull or #next!

People get it twisted about getting the bag. it's not to pull women via money. to get the bag, their is a level of resourceful and genius that comes with it IF SELF MADE (Great read by Stefan Arnio rip). It means that you a MAN have a ****ing purpose that takes precedence over EVERYTHING especially women. Find your purpose in life. Read Deida Way of the superior man.

Approach and get baeeee. do it a handful of times everyday. Make it a way of life. Apps are cucked most often then not. Not saying don't swipe. I am saying it's mostly full of low hanging fruit or or attention *****s 'follow me on ig @#1 skank96d96d9yd96!'

Get more sleep. At 25, you can still crush a 24 and show up to work under slept. That **** has long term consequences on testosterone, erections, lifts, systems of the body, brain chemistry. Check JRE 1109 with Matt Walker. Superb podcast. Minimum 8 hours every night. At 30, I am not burning it to the ground 7 nights a week or showing up to some sluts place late night to maybe get laid. I got more important **** to do.

The kick back for poor lifestyle choices compounds and it will annihilate you if you go full retard. Raw dawg warrior, take condoms from a girl, believe she's on the pill. Take full ownership of your life. Expect to take Ls but learn. Win or you learn as coach Kavanagh would say. Meditate. Reset. Connect with nature, isolation, bonfires, camping, solitude, and away from women and world at least once a year. Do so solo. Do so with the boys. Live.

Pay now or pay later but you will pay.

If you like working with your hands, HVAC/refrigeration is very good. The basics can be learned in a few years working for a company. Maybe a year to 18 mo of part time trade school too.
My mates in the trades haven't stopped working in any of the lock downs. it's brilliant though not sexy to women as a warm office job in corporate. it's of course once they have a 6 or 7 figure biz and she's nearly 40 her tune changes. a handful got their own trade biz. hard come up but they made it.

That I would have forseen the horrific situation for the non-Chad-tier American male. I would have made sure to study Spanish & Russian in college. :)

1. No porn and no fap. No exceptions. This will keep your aggressiveness up for the rest of the list.
2. Physical fitness is paramount. You're only going to attractive above average looking women if you're physically fit, regardless of the size of your bank account. Competition is fierce. The more muscle, the better. However, being a fit and lean person like a typical competitive tennis player or swimmer will be enough to attract.
3. No matter where you are in your 20s, focus on building a social circle or non-bar venue approaching as your primary means of meeting women. Do not have swipe apps, dating websites, social media, big college parties where people don't have tight circles, or bars/nightclubs be your means of meeting women. Instead, focus on college campus approaches (if you attend college), campus extracurricular groups (if they return post COVID and you're in school), grocery stores, gyms/fitness classes, and other non-bar venues to meet women. Your approaching in this will be more on point if you follow 1 and 2.
4. Only go to college for a STEM major. Liberal arts degrees will not make for a fun time with post college employment and turning an ROI on those degrees. BA/BS degrees in Business/Business disciplines are more in-demand but even they are dicey proposition for turning a good ROI on the degree. If you get an MBA without having a STEM major in undergrad, you must go to a Top 25 school. No exceptions. You can get an MBA from a non-top 25 MBA program if you have a STEM major in undergrad. Most white collar jobs have toxic, feminist influenced environments, so you're better off following the next piece of advice.
5. Get a blue collar job. Become a tradesman. Trade school is a much better option. Some of the trades jobs can even enhance your physical fitness and help with attracting women. Don't do it for the women. Do it for the avoidance of HR and toxic feminist culture and the avoidance of the BA/BS degree in liberal arts/business and the 4 year university.
6. Realize that even if you follow 1-5, you have to keep expectations real. Very few of your romantic relationships that you start in your 18-25 years will still exist when you're 35. If they do exist, they'll probably be mediocre to subpar. Having the expectation that a romantic relationship will be continually good when the relationship is more than 5 years old is a folly. That's more of an exception, not a rule. If your relationship goes longer than 5 years, it will be mediocre if you're lucky.

Don't loan cars to females. Do not take financial advice from a hot girlfriend. Do not backseat your dreams for anyone.
Leave parties early, go out the back, and don't say goodbye. Learn early to be a man and tell your girlfriends that if they're not pitching in, were not doing or getting whatever ridiculous thing they're pushing for. Get a house paid off.

I wish I had been less of a respectful white knight in my 20s and given less of a f*ck about what others think.

Three reasons. 1-girls that like you hate that, and have to know how you vanished and why. 2-always had to train/practice for my sport next day. Must be sharp. 3-Ever try to leave a party by saying goodbye to your friends? You'll catch HELL.. 4-staying too long just feels overstaying to me, or wearing out your welcome. It's not attractive.

Don't get crushes on girls who don't have a healthy reciprocal interest level back to you because you will be wasting your time. Focus on her interest-level not on yours.
If I followed that advice I'd still be a virgin

  • Hit the gym
  • recognize IoIs (If a girl keeps trying to talk to you or keeps giggling in your presence) Yeah I was far too oblivious and missed a lot.
  • Say yes to most events during your college days, helps build a circle

Get in the habit of reading.

It doesn’t matter if you are in school or working or whatever. Find some time for it.

Unfortunately, we are conditioned to hate reading in our teens and early 20s because we associate reading/studying with school and exam/grades pressures.

But when you are just doing it for yourself and studying something of interest to you, it’s fun and rewarding; and the knowledge compounds over time.
