kick a bamboo tree, roll a bat up and down it, then pound them 100 times with a golf club every night.

coffee+cigarettes can tremendously increase anxiety, not to mention give you the shyts, which is why i tremendously despise in any given situation. drink iced tea instead, or hot chocalate. theres tons of non caffeine products.
