    Up the protein, soreness is a good thing. You tear your muscles down, and you must be fast to recover them by upping protein intake.

    Not neccessarily. Ideally, you want to take a fast acting carb i.e (Waximaize). Before you take your protein shake. This will help shuttle the protein for faster absorption. I would'nt rely on shakes. I would search for more real protein sources like chicken breast, red meat, etc...

    If you are squatting 3x/week. You're either: A. Not training legs hard enough. (I get sore for days at a time) B. Overtraining (Legs should only be trained once/week - 10 days) C. at risk for injury. (should always let muscles fully recover before tearing them down again)

    How old are you? IMO, 150 lbs. you SHOULDNT be using gear..Most of that weight gain is fat and water. You'll probably lose a good 20-25 lbs. What are you doing for PCT?...
