Met her in a coffee shop - I get on well with the staff. Always having a laugh.

After gettin the number, I didnt call for over a week - i'm a busy guy with work and socialising. Leave her a voicemail to call back when she gets a spare minute.

SO in the shop today she appears out of nowhere next to me, and says some sh1t about how 'circumstances have changed' and she shouldnt have given out her number. I was like 'whatever' attitude and brushed it off. She looked awkward. I told her I had a girlfriend and I thought as we worked next door it might have been fun to hang out, did she fancy it.

'No' she says, and starts walking away - i jokingly say ' you smell' grabbed my coffee and left.

Basically - I rekon she made a fool out of herself by making it

a) such a big deal
b) I have a girlfriend anyway ( bet she didnt see that coming eh..)
c) my attitude was that I couldnt care less

I've no idea what changed during that week, women eh!

A simple 'no problem' would have been enough.

The gf comment and 'you smell' was not needed and made you sound like the fool, not her.

This girl didn't owe you anything, she could have never got back to you (like most women) but infact she came over and explained that she no longer had interest in you (in w0manese of course but she still said it) - thats something to respect.

I believe she came over to tell him not that she's no longer interested, but that's she was dying to hear from him, but he took too long, and now she's a bit offended. She did what she knows best to get his interest up.
