I just had a hair transplant, ask me anything

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I was going to ask since some time has passed was it worth it? The procedure made you happier? That's great

It's just few months and many more are required for the full result but it's already enough to make a strong difference.

Looking 5-7 years younger and face proportions are totally on point now.

No idea a hairline receded only a couple of cm could have such huge impact on proportions within the face.

Update, even more satisfied than before now that the quality and coverage are getting close to the full result.

Even after 5-6 months the difference was amazing, now even more.

No more giving an F about rain, wind, hats, hoods and so on...total freedom.

Even get younger girls in their 20s talking to me like they would to a young guy and not a mature gentleman.

Highly suggested, money well spent.

Update, hair are getting longer and can properly style them in a calculated "unstyled" style.

The new hair status and natural tanning are getting me looks from women and trust me it has been far from frequent to catch girls looking at me in the street and the gym.

Didnt happen since my late 20s.

Summer 2026 update, I can confirm it was worth its weight in gold.

A good hairline and good density coupled with an athletic body and some tanning really makes life a total different experience.

Women in their 30s throw IOIs in clear manner and I'm 10 yrs older.

With the crappy hairline I had before I would've probably be thrown in the "he hits the gym cause he is bald" category.

Good for you. Glad it worked out for you.

All the bald people who pretend they wouldn't love to have a full head of hair are a continual source of amusement to me. The cope is unreal.

I think I would take finasteride and stuff like that if I had signs of hair loss, but if it got bad enough I would do a hair transplant too.

Your appearance, especially your face and hair, is a huge part your identity - this isn't vain or superficial. There is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to keep your hairline and look good, it's human nature.

I get that with a shaved head, $0 spent on haircuts or hair transplants.

You say that as if it's a bad thing when it's actually a good thing.
i don't mean to be disrespectful but this sounds like pure cope.

are you telling me if you could snap your fingers and have a full head of hair again, you wouldn't do it?

I also had the impression when I read him that it was cope but I realized that older guys play by different rules.

Being bald at 30 is an issue cause most guys have hair as much as few have a belly.

If you move to the over 45/50 yrs old area, it's no longer that big of a handicap it was before, still in my opinion a minus altought not as bad as for young guys.

It's not any different than the looks/money thing where one is vital in your youth and the other is vital in your old age.
No one cares about a rich ugly 18 yrs old guy as much as no one respect a pretty man in his 50s that lives in his auntie's flat.

I'm not sure. Maybe. But it definitely wouldn't be worth paying for. It doesn't make that much of a difference when you are jacked and ripped.

how can you know that unless you did an A/B test? were you as ripped as you are now when you had a full head of hair?

I was bigger and close enough. Definitely stronger, that was when I was at my peak which would have qualified me for powerlifting competitions as my lifts were all elite for my weight class.

As a receiver of 3 transplants,I can back this up 100%. Best thing I ever did, people comment, unsolicited, how good my hair line is and that I look 10-15 years younger, and you might think people randomly comment on your hair, bullsh!t,but I can tell you, they do,usually in convos about my age. And, mine was expensive, done properly ands its NOT obvious. Sometimes I tell people, sometimes I dont, depends on my mood but, anyone who is a good candidate, not everyone is,and you can afford it,I say,go for it.

OP,well done, its made you happy and thats priceless..good for you

Yes, best quality/cost ratio especially if you are european just dont try to save too much on a serious surgery.

Fue.
4000.
Turkey upper level clinic.
about 8000 eur.
no pics for now, maybe in few months when the crappy parts will be passed, currently experiencing some shock loss as told.
Curious, why do you say "if you are european"? Is it more expensive for non europeans?

I'm an indian dude in the US in my late 30s; my hairline is still great but I've receded a bit in the temples and want to get it fixed. I think my frontal hairline needs less than a CM.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
