“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

You need to EscortMax more often.
That was not an escort, it was a Registered Massage Therapist. Other massage therapists I've visited before I never thought of removing my underware, or if I did, they said to keep the underware on, etc.... so it's not a place that I would feel comfortable at the least doing that.

However, this particular massage therpist was different. From the point she was massaging that "area" and saying "thank you" when I pulled up my underware I was shocked. It shows that if any girl gives positive signals that it looks like I might escalate with her. In this case, I asked her if I could take off my underware in the middle of the session when she was acting that friendly (which was a shock to me in and of itself), and she obliged. Sometimes rifts in the universe happen like that.

I'm back to my normal self now. If I were to see the same person, I'd likely have my underware on unless she behaves in a similar manner again as there may be a part of me in denial that such an interaction actually happened. I'll probably deal with her again though since she made the session allot of fun. Right now it's a nice memory.

Again, Grok was used with this new massage therpapist. If I used similar intructions to one of the other massage therpists, it may not have had the same resonance or they may not have felt comfortable following that set of instructions. It looks like I really got lucky here.

Well first, the goal should never be to "lose weight", it should be to lose fat.

And running (we are talking long distance running not sprinting) is objectively horrible for that.

Now, if we are talking about sprinting, that's a different animal. But that's not what a running club is, it's long distance running.

There are a myriad of reasons why long distance running isn't doing your physique any favors but the biggest one is that it raises cortisol levels significantly which essentially burns muscle while prioritizing storing fat since your body is in a catabolic state rather than anabolic.

Most people would do much better just walking to burn fat, it's the body's most effective fat burning mechanism without raising cortisol levels and works extremely well when paired with heavy resistance training. It's also phenomenal for sucking glucose out of the bloodstream in the absence of insulin via GLUT-4 transporters in the biggest muscles in the body, the legs and glutes.

And that's the other side of the coin...the most effective way to lose fat is to build muscle which is why heavy resistance training should be the goal.

IMO, heavy resistance training and walking with some extra cardio oof you want for like 20 mins will work extremely well for most people.

Combine that with proper nutrition and sleeping properly and they will be good to go from a hormonal standpoint that puts their body in a muscle building, fat burning mode.
Can you share the link to the Jewish study please? TIA!
