“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Did 285# at age 20 when I weighed 145#, and then got a wrist injury from it (I'm a WristCel), and never got back into form. My last full set for a workout would be 8 x 225# - it was nice to see 2 big weights on each side. :)

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Respect, strong numbers at that age. Wishing you the best, man. It does make me curious though whether it was due to recovery issues or something else going on

It seemed like every time I would lay off and go back to lifting, the bad wrist could come back. Then I let it go for 5 years or so, and I didn't have the problem - although I wasn't trying to lift as much as I had - but then I started going on the road for work and poon, and just never got back into it.

Height: 6'3
Weight: Between 324lbs - 336lbs, depending on the day and which gym scale I'm stepping on.

I've been in the gym consistently for the past 3 years.

I'm on a comprehensive bench press routine.. flat, decline, and incline...doing both close and wide hand grip on the bar (for flat and incline).

As of now, I'll be starting my newly increased weight for flat bench wide-arm, which is..

295lbs: 4 sets of 12 (285lbs for incline, also 4 sets of 12.

I have 3 goals for bench press...

1. To build bulk muscle for my pectoral muscles.

2. To successfully hit 4 sets of 12, of steadily increasing weight.

3. Based on #2, consistently improve my 1 rep max (PR).
.....

I'll be back later to share with you folks a new bench pressing routine I just began to implement, and it's been paying dividends for my bench press thus far.

At that weight I'd be worried less about the beach and more about how to drop 100 lbs
