“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

She doesn't do anything. You are doing it to yourself by allowing it to continue happening. Stop blaming her and take the responsibility for your own inadequacies and mindset issues that you clearly need to work on on your own, without jumping into another relationship right away.
^^this. She's not doing this to you. YOU'RE doing this to yourself. This is what everyone keeps trying to tell you. You continue to rationalize and gaslight yourself. Stop trying to defend your behavior. Call it out for what it is.

NC, not her, not her friends, certainly not her family, not anyone that might provide you with an update on what she's up to.
Don't look her or her posts up online.
Delete all contacts, emails, pics, texts etc. (especially if you can't resist the urge to check, which it sounds like you're stuck in)
Remove the temptations because they're clearly continuing to kick back open the can of worms making it harder for you to truly move on.

This is self-inflicted suffering.

Change your habits. Try going new places. Meet new people well outside your social circles and normal hang outs.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

I've already done all this man. I find you very hard but you are right. I have to behave like a man. Thank you very much.

If someone is trying to stab you, you take the knife away from them. You don't stand against the wall with your arms in the air and let them keep plunging the knife into you over and over again.

Stop giving her power she shouldn't have.
