No such thing that will give an accurate level. Get a blood test that measures total and free T levels.

online men's health/hormone clinics offer them. But I don't think they're just something you can order as a standalone thing. But if you do them you need to make sure you do it fasted and in the early morning though.
Might be easier and cheaper just requesting a hormone panel from a family/general practitioner.
