A few things Ive noticed since I came back to the states

Here’s a few things Ive noticed so far:

- More Obese people
- my social media like instagram is being flooded with personal trainer fitness ads. I feel like the government is spying on us, like they know Im a little on the heavy side and a bachelor, why not bombard this dude with these ads?
- bad vibe customer service
-less people outside, in South East Asia, someone was always outside playing or socializing.
- more dangerous now to be driving outside at late hours during this type of the year because of drunk drivers
- The women Im attracting on dating apps are more obese, plumb compared to the petite, slender asian women I had in The Pacific.
- Still a great place to drive and cruise during the day.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

I need to start a workout routine or Im going to gain some pounds out here man, my folks got me some Burger King and the burgers are huge compared to the ones in South East Asia. Brisk walking, yoga and meditation to lower the cortisol should do the trick.

Not sure this makes much sense since the issue is excess calories, insulin activity and has little to do with cortisol in this context.

I noticed meditation and yoga gets rid of the bloatedness right away, especially if you’ve ate some sh1tty freakin fattening foods. Its a good way to stabilize your core again lol

That's just not how it works and this is your mind convincing yourself of something that isn't actually happening.
