"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

How do you react if your LTR comes to you and says she wants to end the relationship because she thinks something's wrong, or that she found someone whos better?

In my case, a relationship that stems from a sense of security:
I'd tell her to think about the investment we've made together over all these years, and that if she's made this decision, there will only be good things for her in the future.
I'd just see her walk away smiling, knowing she might have found someone better than me, and that she'd be happy.

I'm just acknowledging the fact that she doesn't feel anything for me anymore, she doesn't see me as a worthwhile investment anymore, and this is making her resentful and that our relationship is already over for a long time.

What would your reaction be?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Ok, fine.
Here's the door.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Depends how old she is.

If she of the age where she can get pregnant easily, you can fight a bit for her.
If she of the age where she cannot get pregnant easily, give her a Diet Coke on the way out. Well, even that's too much.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

If someone whom you were spending substantial time with lets you know that they don’t want to do that anymore, sit with it for a bit at the very least to understand if that’s the type of personality you want to pursue again.

If she found someone 'better' then wish her well and be on your way. Seinfeld had it right, funny clip!

On the other hand if it was because she feels something is 'wrong' ask what that something wrong is and discuss it.

Example:

If she feels insecure/uneasy and/or she doesn't feel you're that committed and doesn't feel safe (emotionally) in the relationship, IF you do love her, why not give her some space then circle back in a bit and continue talking, reassuring her, making her feel more emotionally safe/secure in the relationship?

I mean you're referring to a LTR, not some plate you were screwing for recreation, right?

Your response @jhonny9546 just confirmed for her that she made the right decision walking away.

And exactly how would you suggest doing that for instance?

In my experiences there is a giant wall that goes up against you and the harder you try to break it down, the more they build it up.

Again some space to allow dust to settle and giving her the opportunity to miss you, then circling back.

If she puts up a giant wall (or even a small wall) don't try to break it down, just walk away.

If she's not willing to even try, then this isn't the right girl or relationship for you OR her.

It takes two.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
