Having your own independent home—not a room in a shared apartment or living at your parents' house, but an apartment or house that you own—have you noticed that this has given you more freedom or, in any case, made it easier to spend time with women?


I believe that when someone sees you with your own home, even if it’s a 40-square-meter apartment, they would still view it as a positive attribute. (It's like preselection, social proof)


This message is aimed at those who may not have significant financial resources, are young, and are looking for a "temporary" yet "effective" accommodation before purchasing their ideal home. You know those years "in between" when you don't know if you want to save or wait to buy?
Rather than continuing to live in a shared room or with your parents, what steps would you take?

Go to a resort for the weekend if your place is that terrible. I would be up front that my place sucks if that were to happen and offer that as an alternative. Women don’t care if a man has his own place anymore and if she does, she’s likely undesirable anyway.

Everyone is in the same boat when it comes to owning property so there’s no use lying about it and women will only press you on this if she genuinely lives under a rock.

Just be honest and go to a resort for the weekend. You can get a good one for $250 a night- even staying at a Hilton is a resort.
