But tackling this from the perspective of addictions, some addictions cant be superated until you have hit rock bottom. You have also have to put in a lot of work, as you would to overcome any other addiction.

Honestly OP don't take this the wrong way but I would suggest therapy with a counselor who specializes in sex addiction. I quit porn cold turkey 6 years ago and I felt like you in the sense that I started to view women as objects and truly get annoyed by them other than sex. Quiting the porn part was actually easy but viewing women as human beings and not object was a bit harder. Your issues won't go away OP if you don't see professional help they will get worst
