“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

What Happened?

A married male Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a prominent software company was caught with another woman on the kiss cam at Gillette Stadium during a Coldplay concert this week. They were in a romantic embrace at the moment that the stadium cameras spotted them. The other woman is the Chief People Officer (a fancy title that would mean the same thing as Director of Human Resources) at the same company where this man functions as the CEO.

This human resource director was only appointed Chief People Officer in November 2024. The CEO hasn't been around much longer, only since July 2023 according to his now deleted LinkedIn page.

While the CEO (Andy Byron) is married, the human resource director (Kristin Cabot) has been divorced since 2022. The divorce was lengthy, as it was filed for in 2018. It is unclear if she has remarried since 2022, but I don't think it is likely. She has at least one child from that marriage and the child might still be under 18. The married CEO has 2 children, both likely under age 18.

Andy Byron's wife is not happy about this. It has been reported that she reverted to her maiden name on Facebook upon learning of the incident at the Coldplay concert before deleting her Facebook profile soon after that. She has also deleted her Instagram. Andy Byron's wife is likely to file for divorce soon due to the discovery of his extramarital affair.

What Can We Learn About Mating & Marriage from this?

There are many good lessons from this incident.

1. This is more proof of my long time idea about relational decay after 3-5 years of a relationship. Relationships often exhibit signs of decay after 5 years together and the participants in the couple know it. The couple's social circle may not know it.

Andy Byron and his wife have likely been a couple for 10+ years. They were probably living the typical life of upper middle and upper class married couples with a nice house, two kids, and affluence associated with his 95th percentile + income and net worth. On social media, they likely have had really amazing photos/videos of happy family activities, including vacations. Beneath the happy exterior portrayed to the world, Byron and his wife were likely both unhappy with the relationship. Andy Byron was likely unhappy with the amount of sex he was getting from his wife so he wanted sex elsewhere. Additionally, he likely got married to his wife before his career advanced and he felt like he needed to get sex from more women.

While middle class married couples have much less income/net worth, they often have similar relational dynamics.

2. Andy Byron has his affair in the most beta male way possible. Many top executives with white collar jobs are beta males. If a married man wants to have sex with another woman, there are better ways to do it than the way Byron did it.

Andy Byron is roughly 50 years old and Kristin Cabot appears to be in her late 40s at a minimum. Despite being wealthy, Byron seemed unable to get sex from a much younger woman. Not only did Byron fail to get sex from a much younger woman, he also had sex with a co-worker while being an executive.

It's very common for middle aged married people to have extramarital affairs within their social circles.

The typical married man does not possess sufficient "money, muscles, game" to quote Rollo Tomassi in order to find someone new through random approaching or a tech method. When most males have affairs, they have them with someone in their personal social circle. It's more common that the person isn't a co-worker, but co-worker affairs do happen based on proximity and convenience.

Byron was probably rich enough to attract younger women outside his social circle. His personality might be devoid of charisma. A lack of charisma might be the reason why he settled for an affair of convenience with a divorce co-worker. In that workplace environment, he has status as a CEO.

3. Lifetime monogamy is difficult a primarily biological perspective. Other forces, including cultural forces, often help make monogamy more possible. Men have a desire for sexual variety from a biological standpoint. Women tend to have less of a desire for sexual variety, but they have enough of a desire for sexual variety. Women's sexual variety often looks like serial monogamy. This serial monogamy can bounce between the dualistic mating strategy of "Alpha Fux and Beta Bux" at various points in their lives.

4. Getting married and keeping those marriage vows makes getting sexual variety more challenging.

5. A good pre-nuptial agreement is very useful given the failure rates of marriage.

Since Andy Byron is likely to get divorced soon, he should hope that he had a good pre-nupital agreement prior to the marriage. A pre-nup is a good idea for men who think they are going to have financial assets in the future or have financial assets at the time of a marriage.

6. Marriage is likely to fail. See lessons 1 and 4.

The virality of this has me cracking up it's all over my X timeline
This also shows you the foulness of corporate America it's a cesspoll of degeneracy and hooking up
Personally I learned from an early age don't deal with coworkers know men personally that have lost their job chasing after trail just for the women to get vindictive when the guy tries to break it off

Many men will chase after tail in their workplaces due to the convenience factor. It's more convenient to not approach strangers or to use the internet to find tail. Lots of men use their network of known people to find tail. This is more dangerous as a married person looking to be unfaithful to the marital vows.

For nearly all white collar workers, chasing sexual relationships in the workplace is a bad idea. Service sector employees can get away it.

Going to a concert with 55,000 people with an affair partner is not discreet in any way. That was not a good idea.

The reason why married men cannot cold approach is due to the fact that they often don’t have the time or energy for it. Married men who cheat do so because it’s the most cost- and time-efficient way to get another woman, since divorce is expensive and complicated, and there are responsibilities they still have to manage.

I’m sure if this CEO were single and followed the rules of the prophets here, he wouldn’t have any issues dating within or below his SMV bracket.

My mom always told me, "Un hombre siempre se le perdona todo" or "A man is always forgiven everything.". It will be fascinating to see if he gets or doesn't get taken to the cleaners. I am assuming the woman is heading for a divorce.

The less men waste time focusing on other peoples baggage like that, the more time they'll have to get into the gym more consistently, tighten up their nutrition, learn some more social skills or skills that will help them in the dating market or work on financial improvement or even increasing their sexual performance.

It's no secret having a high position in any businessor company not only gives leverage to the man, but women will also crave him more. Theres studies done behind this.. women love status, whether it's a "boss", a "superior", a "doctor" or someone who she goes to for her health or counseling like a therapist/hypnotherapist, ... a "drugdealer", some guy whos "popular" in a social circle, etc.

When I was younger I got alot of attention from women because 1) I was popular. 2) I was attractive too but overall there were guys who were bigger/more masculine than I was. I was a skinny kid-- but the popularity, and the fact that I dated the hottest girl in our school, then the 2nd and 3rd hottest girls made me a fireball of attention for women

Megan Kerrigan Byron (Andy Byron's wife) is very likely to file for divorce soon.

I agree that married men don't have the time or energy to approach new women in real life.

The typical 35+ year old married man who has been in the same relationship for 10+ years likely wasn't that good at dating prior to his marriage. His pre-marriage dating life with highly mediocre. He probably has a piss poor experience in the early days of dating apps or in the days of dating websites, depending upon how old he is and how long he's been out of the market. If the guy was pre-marriage in the 2000s and early 2010s and approached in person then, he was likely some Average Frustrated Chump (AFC) who was mainly rejected and could have had a good number of "1-2 date, no sex, no extended relationship" interactions. The typical AFC persists in the market long enough to find some woman to accept him (he might drop his standards) or he is able to get a relationship from his social network.

The fact that most married men had poor dating experiences in their pre-marriage years doesn't give them the energy to make big approaching new women efforts.

This is why a lot of men will choose an affair partner from their social circle rather than with anonymous new strangers. They were mediocre to bad in the past at attracting and seducing new strangers.

The fact that Andy Byron chose an aging, mediocre looking career woman as an affair partner shows how beta he is.

divorce is expensive and complicated, and there are responsibilities they still have to manage.
I think many men think this way. Men are able to have sex with other women and manage those responsibilities.

I think many unhappily married men want to stay together for the sake of the children but also want to get their penises wet. If a man goes without sex for too long, he cannot concentrate on the other things he cares about in his life. He needs to get sex from someone and then can start to think about those other responsibilities.

We were all told a story that a happy marriage is one where each person is constnatly happy and horny for each other. Maybe thats the case but truth be told most relationships fizzle out, its human nature. When I was introduced to redpill i thought it was ALPHA to cheat and forget. I did so myself and it ruined my relationship with my girl who trusted me. Now I think cheating on a mutually agreed monogamy is cowardly and if you are going to cheat be open about it and if she doesnt accept let her go.

I will never get married and probably only be in a one sided relationship cause i KNOW MYSELF. i KNOW i will **** other girls so i dont put false promises on a girl who thinks I wont. its cowardly behavior to lie like that.

I agree with this. It's the basis of my "long term relationships typically decay after 5 years" idea. That's the idea that I am most known for on this forum.

If you do not promise monogamy, you are not being unfaithful. However, various poly relationship models are difficult as well.

In order to pull off non-monogamy where you are having at least 2 women simultaneously most of the time, most men will need strength in looks and/or money. Additionally, their personality will need to be strong too, as their frame will need to be rock solid to establish this boundary. Ultimately, it comes down to......

You are 29 right now. If you stay in shape, your sex will be strong for a long time, likely through at least 45-50. I'm in my early 40s and I am horny a lot. Most mornings I wake up extremely horny. Waking up with a strong erection is a great sign.

If your sex drive is strong and you desire multiple women, it's not a good idea to get monogamously married. You will end up having sex with other women and an unpleasant divorce.

I think she looked worse than that picture at the Coldplay concert. That is what she has used as her main LinkedIn picture. People often go many years without updating their main LinkedIn pictures.

has your attraction to women increased in your 40's? Right now I have a desire to ravage women more at 29 then i did at 20. I thought it was supposed to die down.

Andy Byron was likely unhappy with the amount of sex he was getting from his wife so he wanted sex elsewhere. Additionally, he likely got married to his wife before his career advanced and he felt like he needed to get sex from more women.
Or he didn’t like her / was no longer attracted to her.

2. Andy Byron has his affair in the most beta male way possible. Many top executives with white collar jobs are beta males.
If a married man wants to have sex with another woman, there are better ways to do it than the way Byron did it.
Wouldn't say the way he had the affair was beta. I would say who he cheated on his wife with was Beta. Buddy, if you are going to cheat, the woman HAS to be hot and younger than 30.

The way he did it, appears it was weighing on his conscience and he wanted to get caught. Even if a Beta cheated, he wouldn't be so dumb to do that.

Not sure how the guy is a CEO of a hundred million dollar company.

That is what is confusing people so much. Wealthy, 50, can't get a young girl to sleep with? Even if you can't get under 30 you can at least get childless, cute, under 35. Or is that market that tough even for millionaires?

Since he could probably "get sex" from a younger woman, a one or two off thing, and didn't, makes me think he lost the *emotional connection* he had with his wife and got that from Kristen.

It's very common for middle aged married people to have extramarital affairs within their social circles.
I don't have a wife, but if I did, I wouldn't come close to my friends wife, or anyone's wife. But this was different, she got with him knowing he had a wife and 2 sons.

The typical married man does not possess sufficient "money, muscles, game" to quote Rollo Tomassi in order to find someone new through random approaching or a tech method. I don't know about that. Social circle affair? I would never get close to someone's wife or girlfriend. Co-worker? I can agree with that but I don't agree with social circle affairs.

Again, if I had a wife and 2 kids with her, I wouldn't leave her alone with a male friend, married or not, for any length of time. Now if she was working and was with them, OK. But I wouldn't go out of my way to help her even think about it.

Rollo married in his 20s, has a daughter with his wife and is still married to her. Got to take Rollo's advice with a HUGE grain of salt.

Byron was probably rich enough to attract younger women outside his social circle. His personality might be devoid of charisma. A lack of charisma might be the reason why he settled for an affair of convenience with a divorce co-worker. In that workplace environment, he has status as a CEO.
OK I can agree with that.

This is due to women having legal, financial, moral, and power. Back in the day, men always had young side pieces in marriages and their was no blowback from it. Now, a man gets caught on the big screen with another woman, and his life is destroyed by people shaming him to no end.

Rock on!

UPDATE: (I feel like I'm reporting from an UnSolved Mysteries episode)

The side piece in the CEO cheating scandal, Kristin Cabot (maiden name Stanek), 52, is married to the CEO of Privateer Rum. They bought a $2,200,000 homer in New Hampshire in Feb 2025. Don't know if there is a mortgage on the house.

Kristin Cabot, 52, was married to Kenneth C. Thornby. They had 1 daughter together. She filed for divorce in 2018 and the judge granted them a divorce in 2022. Her new husband, Andrew Cabot, has a son from a previous marriage. Here is a picture of them as a blended family.

She's a white haired woman of 52, has at least one child, is divorced and remarried. He's about the same age, has a wife and kids at home yet they're at a concert and he's holding her as if they're 2 teenagers.
These weirdos obviously deserve each other.

The New York Post also confirmed that Andy Byron is 50 years and Kristin Cabot is 52. @BadBoy89 -- Thank you for posting an article that shows Kristin Cabot is currently 52 years old.

Andy Byron cheated on his wife with a woman who is older than he is and also older than his wife (who has also been reported to be 50).

That's not impressive in any way and is indicative of a beta male. It's even worse that the affair partner was a result of a workplace interaction and that he's the CEO of the company.

This forum hasn't covered the affair from Kristin Cabot's perspective. Kristin was married to Kenneth Thornby until a 2018 divorce filing. That divorce was not completed until 2022. During the period from 2018-2022, Kristin was likely in a relationship with Andrew Cabot.

This forum does not talk about a common event much. There's often a significant lag from the time of a divorce filing to the time of a divorce completion. In Kristin's case, that was roughly 4 years. For most couples, it is around 5-15 months. Most people are not abstaining from sex and relationships during the 5-15 months between the filing date and the completion date.

It's possible that Kristin's 2018 divorce filing was related to sexual infidelity. It is noted that she was the one who filed for divorce in 2018. It's unknown if she was unfaithful in the Thornby marriage or if Kenneth Thornby was unfaithful. It's clear that the Thornby marriage wasn't a good marriage.

Since the Thornby divorce was not completed until 2022, it is clear that Kristin at least got involved with Andrew Cabot during the lag period between the 2018 filing and the 2022 completion. She did end up getting re-married rather quickly after the 2022 completion date.

There's also a good chance that Kristin's marriage to Andrew Cabot ends as a result of this. Right now, Andrew Cabot is a cuckold by definition. The dictionary definition of cuckold is a man's whose wife is sexually unfaithful. It's not a good look for Andrew Cabot to be publicly cuckolded.

Wouldn't say the way he had the affair was beta. I would say who he cheated on his wife with was Beta. Buddy, if you are going to cheat, the woman HAS to be hot and younger than 30.

Going to a concert with 55,000 people with an affair partner is not discreet in any way. That was not a good idea.
When having an affair, it's a terrible idea to go to a concert in a major stadium or arena with 10,000+ attendees. That's not discreet. Additionally, at a concert with 10,000+ people, Byron had his hands around her torso (near her breasts). It's obvious there was a physical connection between the two. Both were legally married and the woman already had a failed marriage.

But this was different, she got with him knowing he had a wife and 2 sons.
Andy Byron also got with Kristin Cabot knowing that she is married, has a failed previous marriage, and had a son in her failed previous marriage.

That is what is confusing people so much. Wealthy, 50, can't get a young girl to sleep with? Even if you can't get under 30 you can at least get childless, cute, under 35. Or is that market that tough even for millionaires?
SW15: I take the Social Circle comment back. It's Swingers baby!
It is somewhat confusing that a wealthy 50 year old man can't get a substantially younger woman. In the mating environment in general, it's common for a 50 year old man to have an affair partner near his own age.

No, this isn't swingers. This is a common pattern for married people in having affair partners. Married people tend to have affair partners from within their general social circles. Married people tend to be in social circles with other married people or previously married people. It's unusual for longer term married people to have never married and childless people in their social circles. It's also more difficult for married people to find random sex from never married and childless people.

The typical married man (not a CEO and not wealthy) isn't going to do well approaching women at bars or using swipe apps/social media DMs to seduce women, even if he could manage to keep his real life approach sessions or tech 'approaches' a secret.

The typical married woman would have an easier time randomly showing to a bar and finding sex with a never married or childless man. She will have some challenges in finding random sex with childless men in the real world, even if she can keep her bar visits a secret from her husband. The typical married woman is 30s/40s and has at least one child. She's going to feel out of place at bars because she likely hasn't hunted for men at bars in 10+ years. The typical married woman would also be older than most bar goers (especially the never marrieds and childless ones) and she might get somewhat overlooked in a bar. She might also find it difficult to connect with never married and childless men that she would meet a bar in conversation preceding sex. In many cases, it's not worth going out in public and risk getting seen for that opportunity.

The typical married woman could find sex in the social media DMs and on swipe apps more easily. I don't think the typical married woman's social media feed would be very inviting for random DMs from never married and childless men. Never married, childless men aren't sending DMs to random married women posting photos/videos from family-centric local events and vacations. A married woman could show pics of herself without her family on a swipe app, but if she's present on a swipe app, she risks getting seen by someone. A married woman can get laid from random, childless men from a swipe app but I don't think that's the most common tactic when a married woman decides she wants new penis.

Affair partners are most easily discovered through people the married person already knows. Because they already know each other, they have lifestyle commonality. There's an opportunity to bond over how lousy the existing marriages are. The proximity + relational decay factors work well together in bringing unhappily married men together with unhappily married women for affairs.

Many top executives with white collar jobs are beta males
Therein lies the fallacy of taking all this Alpha/Beta stuff way too seriously... Being a badass in the boardroom, in the boxing ring, or on the battlefield DOES NOT automatically or even inherently translate to having a backbone anywhere else in life

I think this is a good point. Why do you think this happens?

The business world can feel blue pill/beta in many ways. Being a sigma male, I can perceive beta behaviors in a business context. Even when operating in a business context, I think about taking actions that would be more alpha/sigma than beta.

has your attraction to women increased in your 40's? Right now I have a desire to ravage women more at 29 then i did at 20. I thought it was supposed to die down.
No, it has not. While I have a strong sex drive in my 40s, it isn't as strong as it was in the past. However, my desire for sex has only experienced minimal drop off.

My sex drive was at its peak between 15-26. I didn't notice much difference from 27-34 as compared to 15-26. Age 35-present to present has been where I've noticed a difference, but not that much of one.

The explanation which has already been discussed here on SS, multiple times over ("Concentrating one's energies on one goal- be it climbing the corporate ladder, winning a Heisman trophy, or becoming a first-rate thespian-often = Being woefully UNDERDEVELOPED, in every other aspect of one's existence"), aside?

-Being "alpha" in The C Suites of a Fortune 500 company, where you can more easily cajole your peers into acceeeding to your will, via the threat of depriving them of employment or the like, isn't as applicable once you leave the office. If one doesn't have the savvy to navigate conflict in scenarios where you can't resolve difficulties by handing someone a pink slip, it's easy to get steamrolled in these same scenarios

-Especially today
, entirely too many university level and professional athletes embody The Dunderheaded Jock stereotype

-Many of the same traits which make one an adroit killer of jihadis and unarmed civilians in 3rd World pissholes https://www.clearedhotpodcast.com/episode/ep-227-matthew-cole (Being easily influenced by highly authoritarian personalities, becoming extremely defensive of those same highly authoritarian personalities after falling under the sway, rarely even experiencing thoughts of your own once you've become A Follower)also make a fella highly vulnerable to exploitation, ESPECIALLY from lousy women

That can happen.

True. The power to terminate employment gives many beta males status in a white collar office environment. Once these beta males leave the workplace, the lack of status enabling employment termination changes behaviors.

Beta males can appear more alpha if given the status to enable employment terminations.
