I can confirm. However, the protein has nothing to do with it. There are a few important clarifications:

Nitric Oxide naturally found in vegetables + lowering LDL cholesterol are the mechanisms here.

Lowering cholesterol with diet is a function of saturated fat intake and fiber. Specifically, eating as little saturated fat possible, and as much dietary fiber as you can wolf down. Drink a lot of water with the fiber.

There is frankly nothing special about olive oil other than being expensive and most store brands being fraudulent. It’s effects on lipids and c-reactive are mirrored by all non-tropical seed oils - soybean/vegetable, Avacado, sunflower, corn, peanut, doesn’t matter. They are all low saturated fat, high unsaturated fat, which upregulates LDL cholesterol clearance by the liver. Canola oil gets a special mention, as it has the least saturated fat of all the seed oils and has an even stronger lipid lowering effect. In every study, canola oil consistently lowers cholesterol and triglycerides more than other seed oils, including olive oil.

Summary: if you want a rock hard Johnson, eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and cut all significant sources of saturated fat.

The protein is merely for the muscle gain/keep you full while you are shedding fat/lowering cholesterol. The less bodyfat you have, the higher testosterone, lower estrogen and progesterone, higher lH and FSH, and then as your arteries and veins get clean, your Erection quality improves massively. I forgot to mention a crucial component is weightlifting which helps increase testosterone levels greatly.

and yeah Nitric Oxide production is huge. Watermelon is great for that as it contains L Citrulline.

I do disagree abou tthe olive oil though as long as you're getting real olive oil. Its one of the best oils you can consume in my opinion. From lipid and c-reactive standpoint there are specific mechanisms at play within the liver and olive oil does not have better outcomes than other non-tropical oils. Despite the marketing campaign, studies have proven it just doesn’t. PUFAs > MUFAs (specifically the omega 3s), they have a stronger effect on lipids and inflammation

Agree with you about Olive Oil....More than forty years ago I was running along a remote N.Queensland Beach,I was passed by a very old Guy,I couldn't catch him...Cut a long story short I saw him later that afternoon...He was 91 and put his prowess down to Mediterranean Diet and Olive Oil... Further though a very ordinary bloke,at my age I can easily stay rock hard for 20minutes.Is it the Olive Oil?Is it bvggery,more like the 150mg of Sildenafil Citrate,that stuff will put an erection on a plaster Saint.

Anyway, one can always just take a little blue pill. On some occasions where i'd pull a girl but after WAY too many beers (to the point i'd be concerned about not being able to get properly hard due to the booze), i'd just take a pill and i'd be as hard as a ROCK until the morning!! Thank you for your interest,I was born in early 1944,in a quaint little English Village,an evacuee from Plymouth during the War...Yes,Christie looks a lovely Lady...But really,can you see her sitting up in my Old '62 Land Rover?...At my age I don't chase after Ladies,they chase after me...It's all a numbers game,now the Demographics have tilted my way,it just get easier and easier LOL.

Do you guys know about "hate ****"?
You can only need 5 minutes sometimes.

This happened to me in the past when, in my previous LTR, my ex would usually be angry at me for something, and I would be so angry with her that sometimes I'd go home with her and start strangling her, throwing her on the bed, and ****ing her endlessly, while holding her hands or her neck.
Then I'd turn her over and hold her tightly, and while I ****ed her doggy style, I'd put my fingers in her mouth.

This was the best memory for her ever, so much so that she had a hard time leaving me and begged me to **** her again.

That said, I don't think it's an experience to have with a girlfriend/your wife in a healthy relationship; in my opinion, it could only cause damage (i.e., create tendencies in your woman that she didn't have before).


Btw: I eat olive oil in Italy. Here it's very common.
