"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

After doing some research and watching some Thomas DeLauer(excellent health/fitness channel) videos about studies showing various compounds that trigger thermogenesis, mitochondria uncoupling(aka releasing energy as heat dissipation), brown fat activation, etc to cause the body to go into a state of lipolysis, I came up with the idea to make a sauce filled with complimentary compounds to put on my various lunch/dinner meals to effectively turn them into fat incenerators.

I call this Thermonuclear sauce. It's both extremely potent and surprisingly tasty.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Dijon/Stone Ground Mustard(NOT plain yellow) - look for low sugar and ones that have mustard seed listed as an ingredient
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
3 TBSP Sriracha
3 TBSP Olive Oil
2-3 inch piece of fresh Ginger
3 cloves Garlic
2 TBSP fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Tumeric
1/2-1 Tsp Cinammon
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend til smooth. Add water to thin out to taste. I added probably 1/4-1/3 of a cup and then blend again.

Sauce is ready. Take a spoonful and taste it...then get ready to have your body be on fire within 10 minutes.

So what does this do exactly?

Detailed breakdown courtesy of ChatGPT:

How Thermonuclear Sauce Burns Fat — Mechanisms Explained

The fat-burning effects of Thermonuclear Sauce come from a synergy of powerful natural compounds, primarily allyl isothiocyanate (AITC) from mustard, capsaicin from cayenne and red pepper flakes, gingerol from ginger, curcumin from turmeric, and cinnamaldehyde from cinnamon.

Each of these activates sensory pathways in the body linked to metabolism, thermogenesis, and fat mobilization.

⚡ TRP Channel Activation

The main mechanism is activation of TRP (transient receptor potential) ion channels, especially TRPA1 and TRPV1:

  • AITC (mustard) activates TRPA1, mimicking a noxious thermal stimulus. This triggers non-shivering thermogenesis, prompting the body to increase heat production and energy expenditure.
  • Capsaicin (cayenne, chili flakes) activates TRPV1, the same receptor that responds to heat. This causes brown adipose tissue (BAT) and beige fat cells to become more active, converting calories into heat — a process linked with upregulation of UCP1, the mitochondrial uncoupling protein.
  • Gingerol and cinnamaldehyde also activate TRPA1 and TRPV1, further amplifying thermogenesis and promoting lipolysis (fat breakdown).
Mitochondrial Uncoupling & Fat Oxidation

Compounds like AITC and capsaicin can cause mild mitochondrial uncoupling. This means instead of efficiently storing energy, your mitochondria release some of it as heat — leading to an increase in basal metabolic rate (BMR). Your body taps into stored fat to fuel this excess energy demand.

Insulin Sensitivity & Metabolic Support

  • Cinnamon and ginger improve insulin sensitivity and glucose uptake, reducing post-meal insulin spikes — making your body more likely to burn fat than store it.
  • Turmeric (curcumin) acts as an anti-inflammatory agent, reducing metabolic inflammation, which can impair fat loss when elevated chronically.

The Result:

This sauce creates a multi-pronged fat-burning effect:

  • Activates heat-generating pathways (thermogenesis)
  • Increases fat oxidation and calorie expenditure
  • Enhances glucose metabolism and insulin response
  • Supports a healthy inflammatory profile, making fat loss easier

In short, this creates a calorie-incinerating metabolic amplifier that uses natural compounds to mimic stress signals that your body responds to by burning fat.

Is this going to cause you to drop 20 lbs overnight? No.

But it can help you incrementally day after day that adds up to significant effects over a period of a few months.

Effectively, this causes your body to do a chemically induced workout every time you use it.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

that's nice. coconut oil also has some benefits, not sure if it would fit in your sauce.

That's actually not a bad idea...could add 1 TBSP of coconut oil and lower olive oil by same amount.

Only caveat is coconut oil is a solid under 76 degrees so when storing this in the fridge(it makes a good size batch for a week or so), you may need to warm it up slightly.

I remember reading years back about a doctor who took a teaspoon or two of hot sauce every time he had a food craving.

Someone speculated that too much hot sauce could cause someone to go into shock. Not really sure if that's a thing.

Too much sodium can be a problem though, this sounds good. Always looking for new flavorings.

Pretty cool. Gonna try it. How did you reach the certain proportions, was it flavor based, performance based… did you have a website that guided you at all

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Part flavor based but the main driver is AITC which is why mustard is the base...the other ingredients act as synergetic components to it.

Your red pepper flakes are probably cayenne, same as the ground stuff. Hot peppers are super easy to grow, and there are a lot of them. There's a yellow superhot from Africa I really like called Fatali. It has an excellent citrus taste. Having fresh peppers, whether you grow or buy them, would add flavor.

That's a good point, capsaicin is main thing I am adding due to it's synergy with AITC, which is coming from cayenne, red pepper flakes and Sriracha sauce.

Adding actual hot peppers would definitely be interesting for various flavor profiles.

You can grow any hot pepper in a pot of pro mix with a little osmocote fertilizer mixed in. Carolina Reaper sucks, don't grow that one. There's a breeder who claims to have far exceeded the Reaper's heat level in his "Mama" line of peppers. Big Mustard Mama is the hottest, but I personally like Big Black Momma better. She has a nice dark caramel flavor.

Gardening is definitely not my thing, I would buy them

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Thnx for the sauce. What do you suggest this be paired with? Or should one just be a man and take by spoonful?

I hav most of these things on hand so will whip it up, why not

It goes pretty well on salads, chicken, burgers, etc.

I love mustard so it's perfectly palatable to me to eat a few spoonfuls and I do on days that I fast.

Essentially it tastes like mustard that has a little bit less mustard "punch" but much more heat. You don't really taste anything else, the mustard is the dominant flavor.

Forget to tell you a made a batch of this stuff couple of days ago. I did a backyard bbq yesterday for the 4th, threw a party. Someone there tried it, said it was good. I've been eating it with a lot of different meats.

Only thing I changed was the vinegar I used balsamic. I didn't have the ACV at hand at the time.
